imperfect to perfect - calum hood

chapter 1

"honey wake up its time for school!" my dad yelled knocking on my door

I groaned getting up from my very comfortable queen sized bed. I walked over to my closet stripping off my pjs and and finding something cute to wear.

I finally decided on a floral crop top with light washed high wasted shorts, i walked to the bathroom deciding to keep my dark brown hair natural which means curly. i brushed my teeth and grabbed a pair of white sandels running downstairs saying bye to my dad and grabbing my backpack getting n my white Honda, on my way to school i picked up my bestfriend jordan.

"so guess what!!" she practically yelled geting into my car

"what?" i laughed curious to why she was so happy

"5SOS IS COMING TO ORLANDO" she yelled doing her little happy dance 

i busted out laughing 5sos is a band shes absolutely inlove with, i dont see the big deal, i mean i listen to their music and stuff but i dont see why people obsess their just boys

"thats what you had to tell me, i thought you got a boyfriend or something" i said still laughig at her actions

"well i mean i could but i cant get tickets to the show, my mom said she cant afford it" she groaned "i mean this is my chance to make luke fall inlove with me"  she said half jokingly 

i mean i felt kinda bad i know how much this band means to her. maybe i can ask my dad, and ill suprise her 

we arrived at school or should i say torture, annoying ass teachers, fuck boys, hoes, most important, kaylee truss. th rudest girl in the school, but to be honest i wasnt scared of her, i was the only girl n the school to stick up to her. 

I walked in  already ready to  leave but instead i headed to my first period, sitting in my seat i feel someones gaze burning into my soul. i turn around and there he was..

i quickly turned my stare back to the board, i could feel him smirking, i kept questioning how hes back, and hows he out of jail already?

i shake my head as i hear the bell ring, i went through all my classes with that question roaming through my head

i walked to my car quickly driving home, "DAD!" I yelled trying to find out where he is

"IN MY OFFICE" he screamed

i speed walked over "hey so theres some concert coming in orlando and me and jordan wanted to go but jordans mom cant afford the ticket so i was wonder if you could get us some tickets?" i asked hoping hed say yes.

"uh ill look it over after i finish some work ok sweety. i smiled big and ran over hugging him "i gotta call jordan"

i run upstairs dialing mt bestfriend after about the 3rd ring she picked up "hello" she said

"HEY CAN YOU COME OVER I HAVE BIG NEWS" i screamed really excited i could do this for her 

"uh lemme ask my mom"  she said sounding confused

"hey mom can i go to abbys for the weekend" i heard her mom say yes and shed drop her off

"ok im on my way' she said 

"ok bye" i said hanging up.

i sat on my bed scolling through twitter waiting for her to get here, about 15 mins later 

"ok sooo what you have to tell me?" she asked smiling sitting in my hanging chair

"i asked my dad if he'll get us the tickets" i said slowly

she immediately jumped and and grabbed my hands 

"WHAT'D HE SAY OMG" she squealed 

"YES" i told her

she started doing her happy dance and embraced me in a bear hug

"OMG I LOVE YOU" she said squeezing me even tighter

"i love you too now lets go see whats for dinner im starving" i groaned holding my stomach 

we walked downstairs greeting my dad in the kitchen cooking pasta with meatballs, an Italians favorite 

we all sat at the table eating until my dad spoke up "so i got the tickets and theres either bad seats and a meet&greet or just front row, your guesses choice, we both looked at eachother shocked he even asked

"the meet&greet duh" we both said laughing, this should be a good day
