Chapter 106: Meet The Human Variants

(This is where Sunset's Backstage Pass Arc begins)

It had been a couple of days since you came back from Dragon's Edge. Your friends from Berk went back to Berk for today just to check on things after the events of the attack from the Dragon Flyers. Since then, things have been peaceful, but today, you, the HuMane 7, Twilight, The Dazzlings, and Starlight are going to be in for a real surprise today.

You were just out by the pool meditating after everything that happened. As you were meditating, Sunset was watching you from afar. She was in her regular clothing.

Sunset: I wonder what he's doing?

Twilight then comes forward.

Twilight: He's just... meditating. I'm not sure why he is, but this could be Adenus related.

Sunset: Maybe...

As you were meditating, you were having some visions. You were seeing the battle that Adenus and Vognos were in. You were watching as they were fighting out trying to come up with some strategy to finish Vognos for good.

The girls then get a text from their phones. They see that it was from Sci-Twi. She asked if they wanted to do some school shopping since summer was coming to an end. They answered yes and then looked at you.

Sunset: He's been at this for a while now. Maybe we should help him take his mind off of things.

Twilight: Yeah. He needs a break from this after what's been going on.

The girls then go over to you. You were just finishing up your meditation. You open your eyes to see both Sunset and Twilight.

(Y/N): Hey, girls. What's up?

Sunset: We were wondering what you were doing.

(Y/N): Oh, I was just meditating, and-

Twilight: You were thinking about how to stop Vognos, right?

You were surprised by this.

(Y/N): Yeah. Pretty much. Can you blame me, though? This guy is going to come back again, and he's going to make things worse. The world could be in shambles, and I have to be the one to stop it.

You then look away for a bit.

(Y/N): I know I'm not the killing kind, but... if it needs to be done, then I'll end it for good.

You were in doubt about ending Vognos's life. The girls knew that you wouldn't kill anyone unless you were harmed in any way. This also included your girlfriends being harmed.

Sunset then holds your hand, and you look at her.

Sunset: We know, but you need to do this.

You nod at this.

Twilight: We also came here to ask if you would like to join me, the Rainbooms, the Dazzlings, and Starlight for a trip to the mall? We're going to be getting some items for when we go back to school, and we need as much help as we can.

This surprised you, but you smiled knowing that they were trying to help you.

(Y/N): You know what? I could use a little break. It could clear my head of all these things.

They smile at this.

Sunset: Come on, then. Let's go.

You then stood up, and the three of you began to head out.
