I stepped out of the bathroom. Ready to actually see my brother. What he doesn't know is, that I also bought a VIP pass to see them.
I smiled at my dad and looked at me disgusted.
"Your brother doesn't even look like that. Emo freak." He muttered. I fakely smiled, and walked out of the house. I decided to walk to the venue since, it was pretty close to our house.
I arrived and stood in line. Talking with a few people, getting recognized as Vinny's little sister.
Then it was time to go in.
I went to my seat. And sat, watching the crowds fill in the floor.
The lights went out and Reincarnate started. I stood up and smiled looking at my brother having fun.
I rocked out to they're set. I sang along with Chris, and screamed too.
After the show, I bounced backstage and I saw Balz, his back turned to me. I ran up and tapped his shoulder. He turned around and grinned.
"LITTLE MAURO!" He screeched pulling me into a giant hug.
"Hi Balz!" I excitedly say. He then squeezed me tightly. I gasped and got out of the hug.
"Oh my god! Did I break you?" He asked worriedly. I shook my head.
"I have some back problems." I lied. He nodded slightly and I saw Vinny coming over to us.
"Hi sister!" He called and I ran into his arms. I did not give a shit if they were sweaty, people sweat. Big deal.
"Hey Vinster!" I say back.
"I didn't know you got VIP tickets too!"
"I'm stealthy." I smirked. He rolled his eyes and ruffled my hair." Hey! Watch the poof."
"Sorry."
"It's fine. OMG CHRIS!" I screamed. Chris turned on his heel and grinned widely. He hugged me but then I felt pain again. Tears welled up in my eyes.
"Damn, dad got me pretty good." I muttered. But then covered my mouth, eyes wide. Chris raised a now, bald, eyebrow.
"What did you just say?"
"N-Nothing!" I stuttered. Vinny looked over at Chris.
"Why did you say your dad got you 'pretty good'?" Chris asked aloud. I smacked his arm. Vinny wandered over here. He took my wrist and pulled me away from Chris.
"What is dad doing? I thought you two were gonna hang out while I'm gone." He said crossing his arms.
"If you can't hang then there's the door." I sang. Vinny glared at me." Sorry."
"No seriously. Tell me."
"No! He'll just get mad!" I shouted. Vinny put his hand on my shoulder but I winced and tears welled up once again. He glared at my shoulder. I sighed and pulled the sleeve away. He gasped at my shoulder. And so did I.
It was a very large bruise, bigger than I anticipated. Vinny pulled me into a room and shut the door.
"Balz said you have a bad back. I don't think that's the reason you're back hurts, show me what he did." Vin demanded. I gulped and lifted up the back of my shirt. Vin traced the bruises and cuts on my back.
"Goddammit. I knew I shouldn't have left you alone. How long has this been going on?" He asked turning me back around.
"Ever since you've been touring with Motionless." I muttered looking at my feet.
"You're coming on tour with me, no matter what." Vin said pulling me again. He stopped in front of Korel. They're manager.
"Hey Korel."
"Oh! Sup Vinny! Hey Jackie." Korel says.
"Hi." I mumbled.
"Look, I need to take Jackie on tour with us. I don't trust her with my dad anymore." Korel raised a brow and sighed.
"Okay fine." Vinny cheered and he pulled me outside.
"Okay, I'll come in with you. I'll be downstairs talking with dad. You go pack, okay?"
"Okay." I muttered and we walked into the house.
"HEY BI- Oh! Hi Vinny!" Dad greeted and hugged Vinny, and hugged me a little tighter.
I ran upstairs and grabbed my suitcase and poured all my clothes in it. I grabbed a smaller suitcase for my shoes and socks. Then a small makeup purse for my makeup. I used a duffle bag for my hair products.
I was about to leave my room. When I was stopped by my dad. I gulped.
"Bitch, I can't believe you. You'll pay when you get home. Worthless shit." He yelled. I saw it coming.
He pulled me towards the stairs and threw me down them. I landed with a thud and I heard Vinny scream then, it was all black.
