"Okay. She has a concussion. Nothing too serious. No brain damage. Just make sure she wears sun glasses while outside." Dr. Leah said. Vinny nodded.
"Thank you." I say as we left. She nodded and I walked back to the bus with Vinny.
"I'm so sorry Jackie."
"Don't be. It's my fault for not having a cool life." I looked down at my feet.
"Hey, you do have a cool life! You have me as a brother." I looked up at Vinny and he smiled." Look, I have to buy ourselves an apartment after tour. We'd have to live with one of the guys temporarily."
"Really? That's great!" I say excitedly.
"I'm sure it is. And you'll get to spend more time with one of the guys." Vinny says as we entered the bus.
Ricky and Ryan jumped up when they saw me.
"Hey! How are you? Anything bad with her?" Ricky asked Vinny. Vinny shook his head.
"Nah, just a concussion. But it's not a major one. I guess she's sensitive to the light now."
"Oh that's good. Chris has been worried. More worried than the rest of us."
"Really?" I wondered. Ryan nodded.
"AYE YO CHRIS!" Ryan yelled. Chris came out from the back and saw me. He smiled widely and pulled me into a hug.
"I was so worried!" His voice was muffled in my shoulder.
"I know, they told me."
"No! You guys didn't even know, I kept pacing in the bathroom and almost pulling my hair out," he paused and grabbed a strand." And look how fucking good my hair looks!"
I laughed." That's okay Chris! I'm here!" He cheered and I smiled.
"Okay... Well shit." Ricky says. I raise an eyebrow.
"What's wrong Rick?"
"You need a bunk. And we don't have anymore." He said with a frown.
"She can sleep with one of us." Ryan suggested." But not me, I'm married."
"Okay that's fine. Anyways, Allie told me you roll around too much." I say. The guys agreed. I looked around at them.
"How about I stay with Chris?" I suggested. Chris shrugged.
"I'm fine with that. Vinny?"
"Yeah, do what you have to do. But I swear to god Chris." Vin warned. Chris glared at him and he backed off." Never mind." I laughed.
"Alright! LETS PARTY!" Ricky shouted. I rolled my eyes and we started to party.
A bit too hard.
