Chapter 4

Amber's Pov

"Amber wake up," I hear someone calling my name,"Wake up sleepy head."

"Leave me alone." I grunted sleepily.

He started shaking me,"Amber, you better fucking wake up or I swear I'm going to throw you outta this car!" I opened my eyes. Blinking  numerous times to get adjusted to the light.

"Shut the fuck up pussy head." Snapping at him, furious at him because he woke me up. I was still half asleep as I realized we were on an unfamiliar road.

"Pussy head? That's a new one." He laughed," You need to wake up you've been sleeping for hours."

"Where are we?" I sat up yawning. "Georgia." He answered calmly.

"Georgia?!" My eyes widen. Jumping out of my chair. Why the fuck are we in Georgia? By now I was fully awake.

Suddenly realizing I was supposedly mad at him. I crossed my arms looking out my window. Giving him the silent treatment. He stared at me in confusion," What?" I didn't answer.

"Wait,"he realized," your not still mad at me are you?" Not answering, I turned on the radio to drown out his presence. Which was hard because I can feel his eyes on me.

As the song 'Sorry' By sleeping sirens came blasting thru the speakers. It was weird how the song sorta related to our situation.

"Listen-." I cut him off by turning up the volume on the radio.

He sighed loudly. Just when I thought he was going to give up, I realized the truck going slower until it turned into a back road.

He pulled over to a dirt road where no one was on and parked the car. Only trees surrounded us. Looking around in confusion, my eyes found Kaiden's. He turned the volume down on the radio without taking his eyes off of me.

"I don't know why your making such a fuss," he started,"are you on your period?" I looked at him in surprised and disgust. "Now's not the time to joke around on my monthly-"I stopped myself. I swear this guy. Why do I feel like kicking him in the ass so freaking bad? Why does he make my throat burn each time I look at him? Why does his presence annoy me so? Why do I get so mad when he criticizes me or when he says one word in a rapacious way.
Maybe I am on my period.

I shook the thoughts off and continued glaring at him. "Look I'm sorry about a while go with the black Mercedes." He apologized,"I'm just stress with my dad." I huffed in response, showing him I don't care. But in reality I'm curious about what happened between the two of them.

From what I heard from Kaiden, he's an ass. Although he only gave me minor details. Because when I try to talk to him about it, he either changes the subject or ignore what I say completely.

"Look you don't have to make exc-."

"It's true." he cut me off.

He lowered his gaze. "It happened a couple of weeks ago."

"Look Kaiden-."

"Shut up and listen." He snapped at me.

I huffed and rolled my eyes in response. I was truly aggravated by him.
