*2 weeks later*
After taking good care of April, I decided it was time I start to train April.
I took April and John to an alley.
John was another one of those kids we have in our S.O.P.
He is two years older than her and was trained here with another instructor.
He has been here for three years and trained better.
As we entered I ordered them to fight.
They denied but I made them.
John smacked April across the face and fell.
"Aaaaaahhhhhhhh" she screamed loudly.
She got up and kicked him but he grabbed her leg and flipped her over and landed on the hard floor.
I felt bad for her but it's for her own good.
She never gave up, but still kept getting beaten up.
"Stop I give up!"
After they finished April's mouth was bloody, her eyes were bruised, and he face was scarred.

John was dismissed.
"I wish I could be better" she said facing the ground.
"And you will get better" I said lifting her chin up.
I decided to train April on her fighting skills.
Boy, she needed help with that!
I taught her how to duck as fast as she can from being punched in the face.
We kept practicing until she got better, and she did.
I also taught her how to protect herself from being punched.
"When someone tries to punch you, you grab their arm and throw a punch in the stomach... Got it?" I said teaching her.
"Yes sir!"
After all those 5 hours of training, sweating, bleeding, and learning, she learned some new moves for tomorrows fight.
"Why do I have to fight?" April asked.
"Look kid, you will understand when you grow up... But for now you are gonna be trained until we know you are ready."
"Ready for what?" She asks
"You will see" I say with a smile
She smiles back.
