Little Drummer Boy

The crew got off the bus to look around the area of Cincinnati. As for Tyler and Josh who slept in from exhaustion from the night before, they woke up to a note that explained the crew would come back in a few hours and they shouldn't come out of the bus because it was surrounded by fans.

Josh opened one curtain to reveal many fans around the bus. Suddenly the fans screamed seeing Josh peer out. He quickly closed the curtain back over and told Tyler who was looking out of other window that staying in the bus would be a smarter idea. Tyler nodded and slumped onto the couch. He practically slid off.

"What'dya want to do until the guys come back?" Tyler said, with his hands resting on top of his head..

"Not sure." Josh replied, tapping a beat against the couch.

For a while, the boys checked Instagram and Twitter, liking and retweeting fanart. They both looked up at each other.

"Are you vining?" Tyler laughed.

"Are you vining?" Josh laughed harder.

The boys talked about the rest of the stops on the tour and how they missed the places they last visited after the Vessel tour.

"Hey Tyler."

"Hmmmhm?"

"Do you like this picture of when I was in highschool?" Josh laughed at his old self slightly.

"D'awh, you were really cute." Tyler pouted.

Josh's face turned bright red and Tyler realized what he said.

"Dude, I mean. Not that. I mean. Yes. But not. I-" Tyler stuttered trying to get Josh to understand.

Josh tried to break through the awkwardness. "Dude its fine. Thanks." He smiled hard.

Tyler still can't believe he said that to Josh and how well he took it. Maybe Josh wouldn't mind if Tyler told him how he really felt. At least Josh stayed with him for more than two years. Why would this ruin Josh's thoughts on him now?

"What I said about that picture earlier...I didn't mean...well you DID look..." Tyler tried to bring up the topic again.

"I promise, its fine. Its nice that you think that. I thought I looked a bit nerdy." Josh put his arm up on the couch, behind Tyler's head.

Tyler didn't realize that Josh almost put his arm around him and continued to check his different accounts.

Josh watched him scroll through posts and laughed with him. Tyler backed his head up and felt Josh's arm touch the back of his neck which got his attention, but he didn't mind.

"Wait, whats that picture?" Josh said putting his hand out for him to show him a picture of some girl's cosplay of Tyler.

"Not sure, some girl dressed up as me in the Stressed Out music video. It looks cool though." Tyler replied, only telling him what he knew.

"Seems I got some competition." Josh laughed.

"Yeah Josh," Tyler looked up at Josh. "Step up your act." He rocked back and forth laughing and bumping into Josh.

"I should be saying that to you!" Josh laughed and hugged Tyler until it became awkward.

He put his arm around Tyler and they sat beside each other and laughed over vines together.

After hours of eating, chatting and practicing a few songs, the crew arrived.

"What did you guys do today?" Mark asked, leaning against a wall.

"Not much." Tyler answered.

"We can go outside tonight to look around. The crowd is giving up on waiting outside. We had to fight to get in." Mark said.

"Sure, lets look around tonight."

Tyler, Josh and Mark went outside and they talked about how much they all have grown with the band.

After a few hours, they came back to the tourbus. They immediately fell asleep. Josh and Tyler fell asleep on the couch. They both faced one side of the couch, yet their feet still touched. Mark went into the back room with the bunkbeds.

Writer Note: I feel like this part is where the love escalates noticeably. This took me over an hour to type. Enjoy.
