Chapter 18. More than friends (Final)

Jennifer's POV

It was more than a dream.

I've had a billion dreams of this moment, and none of them could be compared to this. Walking down the aisle towards the one I love, Andrew. It could've been anyone but I chose him. My best friend.

We did get married. Right after Andrew inherited a company and the money but he sold the company and made more money. We moved away from everything and lived right next to the beach. We also bought Jacob and Ginger a home near our home. Anderson grew up with both his parents, who are truly in love. We had a girl on the way, we decided to name her Jean. Which stands for Je-Jennifer and An-Andrew. Michael decided to tag along with us... He studied his doctoral near where we live. Natalie visited from time to time along with her family. Ryan was arrested, well, for a lot of things. 

Everything seemed alright. 

"I can't believe that I got what I always wanted," I told Andrew as me and him sat on the beach watching Michael play with Jean and Anderson. "Well, that took you long enough to realize," Andrew sighed as we both laughed together. "Mommy! I caught a starfish!" Anderson squealed making me smile at him. 

"Did you know... that you were my first kiss?" Andrew asked which made me snap my head towards him. "What are you talking about? You kissed Amber first? Remember?" I asked. "You don't remember do you?" he asked. I raised an eyebrow wondering what he was talking about. 

"We went to our first party back in junior high when you and me got drunk for the first time, we both kissed though after that you puked," he said which was new to me. I covered my face with my hands. "Oh my gosh, seriously?" I shyly asked, "That's embarrassing," "It could've been worse," he said. I was finally having my happy ending. 

From best friends to lovers, who knew right?

And to think it all started with a kiss.
