Alone she sits
In a room
With walls
That whisper cruel things
Tears run down
Her pained face
She is exhausted
Her eyes want
To close forever
Her heart wants
Not to hurt
False smiles gone
Her skin wants
Scars left alone
Her soul wants
To fly free
No longer
Is she so afraid
Go to sleep now
My Darling
Don't worry about
Kissing me goodnight
For tomorrow
You will wake again.
