Alana's POV

"Again" Mrs.Romero said, she can be sweet and all but don't get on her bad side you'll regret it.
She's the principal of the school, W.E.D.

"Mrs.Romero maybe she could use a break she has been trying for hours" Jackson tried,I smiled at him weakly but we both knew that Mrs. Romero wasn't gonna keep pushing until I did it.

Mrs.Romero stood up from her seat and walked over to me, "are you okay?" She asked me in a quiet voice, I nodded in return.
I knew she had to look tough in front of all the other students, but she cared about all of us.
She tidied up her white pantsuit and went back to her chair.
"Again"

I closed my eyes focused hard and tried to put all my strength to the task at hand, I heard gasps and I opened my eyes only to find the whole classroom including the students floating in mid air, I was so exited I finally did it!
But sadly I didn't have time to enjoy my success because I lost my focus and ended up sending everything and everyone back to the ground.

"You're improving" Mrs.Romero said with a smile, I looked over at Jackson and he put two thumbs in the air 'great job' he mouthed, me and Jackson have been friends since I can remember, he's really nice and I care for him a lot , he's like my brother.

As if on cue Loreta one of the school teleportation orbs appeared right in front of me, I jumped back and let out a scream, everyone else in the room was also shocked except Mrs.Romero, like I said she's awesome.

"Sorry" Loreta said, "Mrs.Romero, news came in for the airport, is there a new student coming?"
She had a big smile on her face
"Yes, we will be having a new student with us"
"Would anyone like to accompany Ms.Treviño to the airport to pick up the new student?"

Of course she chose me to go to the airport I'm one of the most powerful orbs in this school, but why do I need someone else, only one person ever has to go, who is this new student?

"Loreta will you go with Ms.Trevino please?" She asked, Loreta nodded.
Oh great now I would have to travel with teleportation!
"But.." Before I could say anything Loreta grabbed my hand and we disappeared.

When we reappeared again we were at the international airport in London. According to many people the airport was very beautiful, if you asked me what it was like I would have said that it was spinning, my head felt like it was going to explode, my lungs felt like they were backwards, wait maybe I was upside down.
I fell on the floor face first as soon as we got there.

Loreta was just laughing "don't worry it'll pass" she said with a smirk on her face, easy for her to say she didn't feel like she was going to throw up her internal organs!

When I opened my eyes again she helped me get up and handed me a coke "it'll make you feel better" she said I drank a bit of coke and slowly I started to feel better, when my eyes finally began to work again I noticed she had different clothing a shirt that said I ❤️ New York, she had a foam Statue of Liberty crown on her head and was that a foam finger
"Did you go to New York?!" She turned to face me and nodded "what? It's the only time I get to go to places I actually want to go to!". Arghhhhh teleport orbs! I thought to myself
"Any way" I said gritting my teeth "lets go find that orb"

When we got to the car shuttles we found our old friend
"Hey Rose" I greeted her "what's up" Rose is an undercover orb she helps us manage a new orbs arrival.

"Always nice to see you Alana" she greeted me "who's your friend?" She signaled at Loreta
"Hey!" She answered back "name's Loreta, nice to meet you"
Rose smiled at Loreta. "Is the student here?" I asked Rose
Rose nodded and she showed us to her stand were the secret room was hidden, we walked behind the curtain and there sat...
No one!! No one was here!!! Were was he?!!?
