Guys, please vote. I know many of you are reading, but not voting or commenting-pfft.
I might sound a bit rude, but honestly, at least leave a vote.
I'm updating daily now just for you, and all I ask is for a few votes in return.
Can't you do that much for me?

Finishing the last of your drink, you nearly spat it out: Taehyung was staring at you again. Ever since you showed up at the bar for what was supposed to be a lovely evening out with friends, you'd been on edge. Barely an hour into this, and you were ready to leave.

Taehyung wasn't creepy. If anything, he seemed sort of sweet. Like he was too shy to say anything, and that was a problem. It wasn't like you were scared to approach him, it was the fact that he was a friend of a friend, and you didn't fuck friends. That had been a lesson you'd learned the hard way, but he kept looking at you.

These shy glances, the soft smile, and if you weren't mistaken, he was blushing when you'd caught him last time. It was enough to drive you insane. The struggle to not wink at him or just stare him down was palatable. You wanted to watch him get flustered, see him squirm, but you couldn't. As if to remind you that you weren't alone, Jimin's laugh cut through your thoughts. He'd been the one to invite you out, insisting that you needed to meet new people and get out for a little bit. You had spent the last few months focused on work, barely going out, but there were worse ways to spend your time.

You nudged Jimin and whispered, "Grabbing another drink, need anything?"

Jimin shook his head, and you got up. Walking past Taehyung was torture. You wanted to drag your fingers over his shoulder and through the hair on his neck. Even just brushing against him would have been pushing this too far. He had to know that even what he was doing was crossing a line.

Leaning against the bar as you waited for the bartender, you wondered if you could sit elsewhere. Maybe these thoughts would be easier to ignore if Taehyung weren't directly in your line of sight. Someone else came up next to you, but the bartender had finally noticed you and was coming over.

You smiled as you ordered your drink, then heard the deep voice coming from the man next to you. A quick glance, and you were beside yourself: it was Taehyung. All you could think as he spoke was that it was cruel that his voice was that deep, "... and put her on my tab too."

Waiting as patiently as you could, Taehyung disrupted you. He gently nudged your arm, and you ignored him. It had to be an accident.

"Hey," his unmistakable deep voice was so close and quiet, sending a shiver up your spine, "How's the night going?"

You turned and glared at him in complete disbelief that the shy man who had been looking away every time you caught him was talking to you. With no thought in your head, you shrugged. Taehyung smiled, but only half, like he was being sneaky, as he grabbed one of the napkins and scribbled something on it.

Sliding it in front of you once he was done, he leaned close again, his lips brushing your ear as he whispered, "Your move."

The bartender was back and placed both drinks on the bar. Taehyung took his, then turned and left, leaving you quite stunned as you looked down at what he'd written on the napkin: his phone number. You thanked the bartender, left him a decent tip since Taehyung had decided to pay for your drink, and grabbed the napkin.

As you took a drink, you sat next to Jimin again, the cheap paper napkin between your fingers. You were debating whether or not to do something that wasn't like you. With that thought, you pulled your phone out, put his number in, and sent him a text. Just a simple 'hello' and see what happened, even though you knew where this would lead.
