Turning to my left I was now in Central Park. Taking in my surroundings I couldn't help but smile . Children playing on the slides , couples sitting on a bench holding hands . Parents taking care of their children . Birds chirping , squirrels running around ,trying to get some food . I'm not going to lie as much as I hate the city it has amazing views .
Taking one more glance I exit the park and into the busy sidewalks of New York City . Taxi rushing down the streets , people whistling to stop one . Business people on their phone , carrying their suitcases . Some were to busy talking to see were they were stepping . People asking for money to get something to eat but no one pays attention . To busy staring I didn't notice I bumped into someone . Looking up my blue eyes were greeted with other blue eyes with a hint of green . The man started to talk
" Oh god I'm deeply sorry for spilling my coffee on you " Looking down at my summer dress I couldn't help but smile . Why are you smiling you ask ? Because this man is the sweetest thing ever . Looking back at him I smiled
" It's okay sir , I could always buy another one "
"Are you sure you're alright ?"
I smiled again
" I'm alright sir " looking at the sky I notice it become darker . Getting worried , I don't want my mother worrying .
" Excused me sir , I have to get going . I wouldn't want my mother to get worried ."
He looked at me , seeing his face I felt I've seen him before but I couldn't place my finger where .
" Oh yes yes , I'm extremely sorry . Before you go can I know your name ?"
Oh god what do I do ? My father always said if a stranger talks to you , you say 'swiper no swiping ' yes that's from Dora The Explorer . But then again the man doesn't look evil . He's wearing a suit with a cap . I should tell right , it's the polite thing to do to tell , it's not like he's going to change anything .
I looked at him
" It's Summer , Summer Grey ."
He smiled
" That's a very pretty name "
" Thank you , it was very nice to meet you but I have to go , Good night sir "
