( the picture is Sasaki's person in the game before the mirror. She looks epic.)

Sasaki's P.O.V:

"Get back here! You know I'm going to kill you right!?" A girl called in the cafeteria, casing after a guy I'm imagining was her boyfriend, she held a plastic fork in her hand, and an angry look on her face. I looked over at Fuji who seemed to have her phone peeking out of her backpack, filming the show.
Akio rolled her eyes, ashamed of what was going on. She looked over and usually she would find me rolling my eyes with her, with a frown, but instead she found a smile. She knew that today wasn't the day I was my normal self.
I am so happy. Today was the day that sword art online would come out! Since I was a bata tester, I already have an advanced copy, but now I get to play with a bunch of other people! Just thinking about it was enough to make me forget about any relationship problems between my classmates.
I couldn't help but think of it all during class today. Which wasn't the best idea, seeing how a test is coming up soon and I have no idea what it's going to be about.
I'm not smart, but I am with games and computers. But I guess you can say that's only because I have a special skill.
Well, I guess you can call it a talent. I can notice things others can't. My brain works different and sees things differently. So I guess that's why I'm good at games.
Some say I can tell a persons life just by looking at them. So if you don't get it let me explain in another way.
For example, say that you happened to pass a trash can on the way home. Usually you wouldn't care and leave it be, something to forget in a field of memories. But me if I passed it I could tell everything in the trash can. It's not like photographic memory or something like that. My eyes just see things that others don't tend to notice.
Today, I have my dark brown hair in a ponytail. I was wearing a black shirt that really made my blueish/green eyes stand out. I'm not the prettiest girl in the world, but I've got enough stares at my school to fill a jar.
I'm awesome at games, and I love music. I'm not that good in school, but I mange to keep up. Together, I make up Sasaki Oorito.
It was the lunch right now. I am sitting with my two best friends; Akio and Fujii. They are the only friends I have and they sure are the best.
Akio is the silent one. She is way smarter then Fuji and I. She is such a goodie-goodie and keeps us out of trouble most of the time. The only bad trait about her is that she doesn't like to play games, and frankly, she's not good at them. Akio has blonde hair with brown eyes. She is really skinny and shorter then most of our grade. She also has braces and glasses. It doesn't make her look like a geek in fact she is still beautiful.
Fujii tends to be more like me. She enjoys video games but doesn't play them as much. She is really pretty so guys fall all over her. But her talent is art. She makes the best art that I have ever seen! It's just perfect. Fujii has short black hair that goes to her shoulders. She also has a dark brown eyes that fit her face perfectly. Fujii has more of a cut body figure then me and Aiko.
While Akio has a thin body line. I have more muscle.
Saying that kinda states I am the strong one out of us, and I have to say being the only one who has taken Karate for a year, I kinda am.
"So guys, the game SAO is coming out today. You have to get it!" I told them, taking them out of the state where they only paid attention to the annoying Insane Couple. "No way! I suck at games." Aiko stated, looking down at the book in her hand like it was way more interesting.
"But this is different! In this game you use a nevrgear. So it's like you are in the game! You don't even have to be good at games. You can just walk around and talk to people!" I explained to her.
"I don't know." Akio said a little edgy.
"Even if we wanted to play, we can't. Everybody is lining up for this game, Hell, I'm sure it's out of stock already." Fujii pointed out. Akio nodded along agreeing with her.
"We would never to able to get a game." She said.
I knew the girls didn't like me talking about games a lot.
When I was a bata tester I made it to level 68 which is the farthest then any other bata tester. Of course I couldn't stop bragging about it.
I should apologize for that.
"Not unless you got a friend like me." I grinned as I took out the game SAO out of my backpack.
The girls gasped.
I know I shouldn't have the game here at school because someone would try to take it. But I can beat up anyone, so the chances are not likely.
"Where did you get that!" Aiko jumped.
It was surprising that I have two games. Buying one game is rare but buying two games is impossible.
"Well I was able to buy a second copy for my brother. But he didn't want it." I said sighing.
"What a shame." Said Akio.
"It's cool though.  That guy just doesn't like games. Anyway, Who wants it!" I said as I raise the game out to both of them.
The two girls looked at each other.
"I have the nevrgear at home. So whoever takes it can come home with me." I explained
"You should take it Akio this may be a game you might actually enjoy." Fujii sighed.
Akio shook her head.
"But you like games more then me! You would have a better time playing." Aiko argued.
"I got an idea!" I intervened.
They both looked up at me. "You can both take turns. You designee a character you both like. And take turns weekly." I said smiling.
Both their faces lit up.
"That's an awesome idea!" Fujii said.
"But who is first?"
"Well since me and Fujii have the next class together. Then we will discus are character design. And I think that Fujii should go first. So that maybe she can explain the controls to me after. I suck at games remember?" Aiko said.
Fuji and I agreed by nodding are heads slowly.
I then noticed something.
My eyes flashed to the pipe above Fujii and Aiko. It was rusted as I saw a crack opening up.
"Watch out!" I shouted. But I took action. I leaped over the table grabbing the two girls and forced them to the ground. "Sasaki!" They both shouted but before I could say something the sound of cracks started.
Then a burst of water sprung from the pipes. Everybody in the cafeteria watched.
Aiko ,Fujii, and I were at a safe distance from it. Yes are school is crappy but hey come on give me a break.
The girls a sighed "Sasaki , your talent doesn't  quite to amaze me." Fujii said grinning.
I smiled at that.
"Ya, thanks." Aiko said. I nodded and helped them up. Just then The Bell rung.
"Good luck on your design. Oh and Fujii we need to meet after school for the Nervgear." I said. They nodded and we parted are separate ways.
I left for math.  I hate math. It's my least favorite. Not only do I suck at it but I have the most annoying classmate.
I walked into the classroom. I sat in my cold desk.
Yay, Nap time!
I hoped I would fall asleep before he would get here. As if magic, Mori walked up to me.
Crap.
Just one day! One day!  I slammed my head in the table as I watched him walk up to me.
"Hello Mori." I grumbles as my face, faced the desk. Mori is this really annoying guy in my class. He is a gamer like me. We use to be friends. But competition got in the way. We had to fight, of course I would win every time. But the annoying this is that he wouldn't admit it. I would beat him at a game and the next day he would come up to me saying something like "it was nice beating you last night" when ever I tried to set him straight he would say the same exact thing in a sarcastic tone. "Sure you did." So seeing him now made me want to grab a gun.
"Hello Sasaki." He said.
We haven't batted in a long time but SAO just got out. I crossed my fingers hoping he didn't say it.
"I Just got the game." He smirked.
Great, he said it.
I didn't like telling anyone but Fujii and Aiko about me being a beta tester. So I couldn't tell Mori. Besides, He wouldn't believe me anyway.
"Ya it's rare to get one. But Don't worry you will get it someday." He sighed. I almost laughed. He thought I didn't have the game.
"I have two games Mori." I corrected him.
His jaw dropped. "No way!" He shouted. I turned to him and gave him a warm smile. "Can't wait to battle you." I said with a little wink.
Then his eyes and face did something weird. He looked as if I did something really nice or something. He couldn't stop looking at me. What was he thinking?
"Oh! Sorry!" He said fastly, cover his cheeks for some reason. "It's cool. I will see you online." I smiled. He smiled back and went to his seat next to me reading.
This was the first time in so long that we were nice to each other. That's good. The class started and my teacher started talking about how then did math in the past.
I hate that word.
Past.
My past sucks. I don't like to talk about it that much. Honestly my friends and family are the only ones that know.
When I was young I was kidnapped by a guy. I was kept captive in a basement for a year and was considered "missing" I grew so skinning with only one meal a day. My skin pale, my body dirty. Finally after a year the man put up a ransom for me. But my parents couldn't pay that much. It was good that police were finally able to find me, but after being locked in a dark basement with nothing but my mind, it grew me dark.
After that I didn't leave my house. Never left my room for a long time. That's when I found out gaming. It helped me a lot. I got so good at it with my talent. I am now scared of the dark. I finally got out of my shell with gaming, and able to make some friends. I'm happy for that.

...........

After school I walked home with Fujii. She got the Nevrgear and The game and went home. I asked her to meet me at the fountain in the main plaza. There I would teach her the game. She finally left and I got on my bed. I placed the Nervgear on my head. And said,

"Link start!"
