We pull up to the field and Grace jumps out skipping to the gate. "Girl slow down!" I yell and catch up. "I'm so excited though!" "I know...just wait." I told Grace we had tickets to the game but what I didn't tell her was where our tickets were. Home plate, with on field passes before the game to meet the players. I lead her to the special entrance and she gasps when she realizes what's going on. "On field?! With players?!" I nod my head and keep walking, the shyness not hitting me yet. But then it does. "What the hell am I doing" I mutter and Grace gives me the look I get many times a week. "You are NOT chickening out Samantha move it" she says shoving me through the tunnel and onto the field.

"Grace?" Zach says walking up and I want to mentally slap myself repeatedly in the face. How could I forget Zach works here. "Um- do I know you?" Grace asks and I laugh as I catch on. The girl was totally wasted. She doesn't remember anything of last night, especially not a guy. "Ya it's Zach from the bar last night! Sorry you probably don't recognize me in my work attire" he trails off and I honestly feel a little bad for him. "Can you excuse us?" Grace asks and without an answer pulls me to the side. "How drunk did you let me get?!?!" "Grace don't even blame this on me. I didn't even want to go and you shoved shots down my throat! I'm in just as much trouble as you are when Steven comes!" "Hold on Steven Souza Jr?" "Yes Steven Souza Jr" "Why- nevermind. Samantha, I get headaches everytime I drink but I remember the faces!! How could you let me get that wasted?!?!" "Not. My. Fault." I defend as a voice breaks us up.

Hey!" I hear a voice call to us and I look over to see Steven coming over. "Hey so uh- about last night" I start but he puts his hand up telling me to stop. "Don't worry about it" "But I shouldn't have just kissed you I mean you could have a wife for all I know and-" "No wife and again don't worry about it...I enjoyed it." I can't help the smile that forms on my face. He enjoyed kissing me. "I have to go but your tickets are with the other wives and girlfriends so have fun!" he says, running off.

"So you get a player and you hook me up with a groundskeeper?!" Grace whispers and looks over to Zach who is talking to the bat boy shining helmets. "You chose him Grace! You said, and I quote, "Oohh who's the hottie with blue shoes" and there was no stopping you" "Ugh. Atleast he's hot" she says watching him as he leans against his rake. I notice her eyes only watching one thing as I slap her arm. "What? It's nice" "You already touched it" I smirk replaying her with Zach last night. Her eyes widen as she asks "what happened last night?!" I laugh in response and pull out my phone to show her pictures. Ya, of course I got pictures, she wouldn't believe me if I hadn't. She flips through the pictures, laughing at some but getting embarassed over others. "You were all over him" I laugh again as I take my phone. "Nothing lost though?" "Nope. My little Grace is still a virgin. That is the one thing I stopped last night" "Thank you" she hugs me "but I'm not the little one. I believe you were too scared to even walk on this field 20 minutes ago."
