When I got home I ran up to my room and pulled out the card. You can do this Anea. I told myself. I waited for the seconds before someone answered. "Hello. This is Alexus Carmen speaking." The voice said. "H-hi I'm Anea Heart and my sister said that I was to call you." I forced out. "Oh. I've been expecting your call. Your appointment has been scheduled for tomorrow at 8am. I suppose I could meet you at the café on Drizzle St?" She asked. "Yeah ok I'll see you then." With that she hung up. I got kind of hungry so I decided to go to KFC and pick up something. I went in my car and drove in silence. I couldn't bother with noise anymore. Drive through or not? I shrugged my shoulders and parked my car. I opened the door and literally bumped into a wall. "I'm sorry." I heard. It sounded so flat and distant. I looked up and saw Dillon standing there. He must of realized because I saw emotions visible on his face. Very little though. You could see he was guarded. "Hello Dillon." I said with absolutely no emotion. "Do you want to sit and eat?" He asked. Sit and eat with a murder's son? No I'll pass. "Umm no thank you. I've got to get home." I said blankly. "I know we probably can't be friends." No probably,we really can't be. "But maybe we can switch numbers and you know Try?" He asked. We switched numbers and I bought my food and left. When I pulled up to my house I saw a car in the driveway. I walked up and unlocked the door. When I opened the door I saw Unique and her boyfriend sitting in the couch. "Um hi?" I said. "Anea we're staying here until you leave if that's OK." She said. I shrugged my shoulders and went up to my room. As soon as I sat down I started eating. When I was finished I went to the bathroom and took a quick shower, brushed my teeth and changed. I just layed in my bed knowing I'd be up for a while.
