Numb. That's all I felt. I couldn't move or hear. I just felt numb. The turn out was very good but my parents were popular so this is expected. Many people went up to say things about my parents but I didn't listen. Half these people don't even knows my parents. I was about to go outside when I heard a voice that I know very well. "My mom and dad were good people who earned what they had well. They were humble as well. I can see they will be dearly missed. Let us take a moment of silence to remember Tasha Unique Heart and Marcus Devon Heart." She came off stage and walked right up to me. "Hey sis. I'm sorry I couldn't be hear sooner I really am." She said close to tears. "Unique it's okay college is hard I know you didn't know right away." I said hugging my twenty year old sister. We walked to the grave site and watched as the put the caskets six feet under. "Anea you have to move." She said dragging me to a seat. She handed me a card with the name Alexus Carmen on it. "I can't take care of you and I can't drop out of college. You have to go to a camp where they will help you go through the healing process. Just call her when we get home she'll tell you everything you need to know." My sister said not making eye contact. "Before you get upset this was mom's and dad's idea." She said. Any thing I was gonna say now was gone I just nodded my head. We got into our cars and drove home.
