It's ok to not be ok. Right now In my own life I'm not okay I'm struggling too like my own body but it's ok if you are struggling with depression, an eating disorder, or any mental illness there is help.  If your feeling suicidal  please call one of the hotlines which you can find online. There is therapists and if you really need it treatment centers. Talk to your doctor it's hard I know but if you want to get better if you want to be happy again please get help even if you don't want to get better get help it's worth it please.
