~Chapter 10~

Soon after the war resumed the soldiers and leaders returned back to their tents. Tae was quite injured because of his negligence. He was seated in his tent while the nurse helped in applying the herbs to his wounds. He had no expressions on his face as if he couldn't feel any pain. Someone entered the tent and Tae was filled with rage because the person didn't ask for his permission before doing so. But before he could lash out his eyes fell on the person and he was calmed as if someone just threw ice on him. Tae looked at the nurses and they took their leave. With a smile he got up slowly and walked near the person. Although he was smiling his eyes were covered with concern.
Tae Jimin? Why would you come here? You aren't supposed to be here!
Jimin You are injured!
He said and walked inside knowing Tae would follow him. Tae turned around and went to the wooden chair near Jimin. He sat beside him and with a reassuring smile he spoke.
Tae that's alright. Isn't it common? Since I'm in a war?
Jimin I saw the war! You suppressed many worriers of Sunfire!
Tae you saw? How?
Jimin I've my own ways!
Tae yeah right! How can I forget who you are?

Jimin give me your hand.
Tae hand? Why?
Jimin can you just do what you are asked?
Tae nodded slightly and forwarded his hand. Jimin held his wrist and checked his pulses. After doing so he closed his eyes and consumed some energy before point his fingers towards his wrist and transferring the energy. After a couple of minutes he took his hands back and with his eyes still closed he consumed more energy. This time tracing his fingers above Tae's chest, where the major damage was given. Soon after he was done he removed his hands and sat back.
Jimin have some rest and you will be alright by morning.
Tae why would you come here? Especially when I asked you not to?
Jimin how long do you think you will be able to keep me away from here? Didn't you know there would be someday when I have to be here??
A single knowing laugh left Tae's mouth. Of course he knew that. Of course he knew he won't be able to keep Jimin away no matter how much he tried. Jimin was always a stubborn person. And he would always leave Tae in concern. The silence fell upon them and Jimin got up heading towards the exit of the tent.

He stopped at the exit and turned his head slightly before he spoke.
Jimin rest well!! Don't think about anything stupid!
And with that he left the tent. Tae just stared at the exit and later went to sleep. Surprisingly it didn't take long before he fell asleep. The other morning, before the war started Jimin came to Tae's tent. Tae knew Jimin had done magic which caused him to fall asleep so fast. Jimin helped him in getting ready for the war. When it was time to leave Tae held Jimin's hand. They hadn't spoken anything to each other though Jimin was helping him. Tae spoke,
Tae Jiminah don't come to the battlefield please? No matter what happens? You can't go there hm?
Jimin I'll try.
Tae knew there would be no use of arguing so he just nodded and left to the battlefield. The day went by with Tae's soldiers suppressing the Sunfire soldiers regardless the quantity being more in Sunfire side. Tae killed many worriers again leaving very few by the sunset. The Sunfire was at great loss but their side didn't seem to panic at all. Jimin understood the situation and thought to warn Tae beforehand but was met with sleeping Tae when he went to see him.

He didn't expect him to fall asleep so early. Maybe he was really very tired cause why won't he be? After fighting so many worriers at a time the whole day. Jimin thought to just leave and so he did. Tae fell asleep because of the magic that was applied on him the last day. He just got on the bed to sit properly but didn't realise when he dozed off. His eyes opened the next day in morning. He got ready for the war but unexpectedly Jimin wasn't there today. He waited for a few more minutes in hope to see Jimin only once before he leaves to the battlefield but was met with disappointment. He finally gave up and left for the battlefield. On the other hand when Jimin's eyes opened it was past 10 o'clock. He immediately knew he was tricked into this and ran to Tae's room. The few maids there informed him about Tae's departure and that he waited a long for him. Jimin knew something was gonna happen for sure and so he immediately sat for meditation. The war was going without any disturbance and Jimin knew the reason behind the silence. He tried to connect with Tae but something was stopping him from doing so. He could feel everything Tae was feeling but couldn't communicate. Indeed the Sunfire was trying to stop that from happening. Jimin tried for a long, again and again but kept failing.
