~Chapter 14~

Days passed and there was no news of Jimin and Tae. They were neither at the Moonblood nor in the Sunfire. Without any news of them the Goddess Queen could only come to the conclusion that Jimin had most probably taken him to the rehabilitation hall. She knew there was no way he could repair a broken soul but still she wished he wouldn't do something that he shouldn't do. Days turned into months but they didn't return or were found. The Moonblood without a king was having a hard time. No one to protect and no one to guide, they were all helpless. Taehyung wanted to take over Moonblood and help out the people but the Goddess Queen didn't allow that. Few more months passed, it was morning and the maids were going to Tae's room to clean it as usual. They didn't want to disappoint him when he returns and so they always cleaned his room everyday. The maids were quite worried too thinking about their King not coming back ever again. They entered the room after knocking a few times in the hope their King would open but when there was no response they opened it with broken hopes. The maids went to their usual cleaning area and started working. The maid who cleaned his bed walked ahead to the side where the bed was. The bed was covered with the curtains not allowing anyone to see inside. She slightly opened the curtains, seeing a figure covered with blankets she was surprised until her eyes fell on the face of the figure.

Her eyes widened with surprise and delight as if they got their gleam and life back. She immediately called others out in a whisper. The others eyes followed hers immediately lighting up. She closed the curtain in order not to disturb. There laid their King who seemed to be in deep sleep. They headed outside silently hoping they would not wake him up. They happily announced around the palace about their king. But kept it secret from the citizens of the Moonblood. The sun was almost above in the sky. Tae's eyes flickered slightly for sometime before opening. He got up and looked around. For sometime he couldn't process anything. After about a couple of minutes he realised what he did. He immediately got of the bed and ran outside. The maids coming from other way greeted him. He stopped and questioned,
Tae where is Jimin? Is he still here?
Both the maids in the front looked at each other, hesitant to speak. They slowly shook their heads looking down.
Tae When did he leave?? Who brought me here??
Maid My Lord, we didn't see who brought you here. We hadn't seen both you and him from many months.
Tae Months? I wasn't here for months? Where was I then?
He said walking ahead.

He ran to Jimin's room yet after knowing he wasn't there. He looked there and sat down on the bed. He meditated for a couple of minute and came to conscious soon after.
Tae my soul! It's.... it's not... Not mine.
He immediately disappeared from there understanding everything that happened. He thought Jimin might be at the Sunfire cause he would definitely talk to Goddess Queen before he does anything. And so he went there. On hearing from the gossips of the guards he understood that Jimin was there but he had left the palace a long ago. He didn't knew where else to search for Jimin and he couldn't talk to Goddess Queen directly. While walking through the forests of Sunfire he came across a tree. A tree which was really different and familiar to him. He entered inside just as he touched it. On getting inside he saw a tree house and heard the melody of the nature. He went up to the house and found no one. Looking around from there he spotted a figure in golden and white robes standing near a small waterfall. He immediately flew from there and landed beside the figure. On hearing the sound the figure turned to him. Tae exclaimed giddily,
Tae Love!!
Jimin so you found me?

Tae why? Why do you want to run away? Why can't you stay here?
Jimin I told you I am here for some work and once my work is done I have to leave. I can't get attached to this world. This is not the right place for me to stay. I need to be where I should be. I don't really want to stay here but you are not letting me do that.
Tae you.. why did you give me your soul? How long do you think you will survive with that little amount of soul that is left in you? Wasn't it painful? Why did you choose this way? You should have let me die! I only brought destruction. I only brought trouble all the time! Why??... Why did you save me?
Jimin saving people is my work. On top of that how could I not save you? You did wrong, you definitely did wrong. You shouldn't have chose to destroy yourself and everything here.
Tae if I couldn't save you I didn't care for the world! But now I'm the reason why you won't live!! What did I get even after going to such an extent??
Jimin my life is not ending! I am just going to go back to where I am supposed to be. This is not my world. I just gave you the soul that was always yours!
Jimin's chest ached making him grab it. Tae held him from behind as he was about to fall down.
Tae Love!! No .... No please.... Let me come with you if you don't want to stay here!!
