I head back home excited but curious. Im excited about the party but curious about who or what that mysterious thing was outside. I fear it could be way worse than we think,something stronger than darkness it self. I just hope no one I love gets hurt. I walk inside my house take off my hyperdunk shoes and head upstairs to my room. Mathew is doing his college homework for a change. Yeah something is up if he's doing his own homework. It is 2:30 right now and the party starts at 3 l. I get some rest for some minutes until I hear a loud crash downstairs. I get up, I grab my sword and run downstairs to check what it is. I couldn't believe my eyes it was a red imp. I could've swore I killed them all. "Kwambi what is that thing!" Yells my brother. "Well matt I slay monsters for a living and this thing must've followed me up here" I say. "Wow that's so cool... Then kill this thing its giving me the creeps" Matthew says. I walk up to the imp who looked straight at me with the sword in my hand. "Da da" the thing says. I have a feeling that this imp is just a baby. The innocent goodness gets the best of me and I drop my sword. I pick the imp up and hug it. "Uh kwamb is this part of your plan?" Asks mathew. "Well you how its a baby, I don't want to kill a innocent child" I say. "Innocent that thing's kind are monsters" Matthew says. As soon as he says it the imp starts crying. "Not all imps are evil and he's still young if I teach him good then it will become good you feel me" I say. "I suppose just don't let mom and dad see it because they're really trying to be a normal family" says Matthew. "Yeah well I'll take him up here. Your a sweet little thing aren't ya. You look like a Ian I'll name you Ian". I say to the imp. I walk up the stairs. I put him in my back pack I zip it up but not all the way, I want him to breathe you know. I run out the house after fixing myself for the party I can't wait. As I'm walking down to keesha house my phone rings. Its makeesha I pick it up. "Hey keesh what's up?". I say "are you coming?" She says. "I'm on my way now don't worry about it I have to show you something it's major" I say. "Its something I found". I say. "Okay hurry up though". She says. I run all the way to her house but I kinda forgot ian was in my backpack and he had a major headache. "Ow" he says. "Oh I'm sorry" I say. "Its okay da da" he says. Da da I love it finally I have a son. I finally get to her house and I walk up to her door but I forgot about fido her big pitbull, who runs to the gate and starts barking. "Bark bark bark bark". He barks. "Easy fido its only me" I say. Ian unzips my backpack and zaps the pitbull turning it into stone. I didn't really notice it though. I ring the doorbell and wait a couple of seconds then makeesha comes to the door. "Oh hi you're finally here. The guys are downstairs playing foosball. Me and you can chill up here so can show me what you want to show me". She says. "Alright cool". We walk inside and we sit on her couch. I take my back pack off and unzip it telling her what happened. "Well earlier I heard a crash in the kitchen and saw this little guy". I open the bag and he ian pops out. "Hiya" he says. "AHHHH an imp monster monster!" Makeesha yells. "Keesha calm down he's only a baby I will teach him how to be good and you hurt his feelings" I say as ian starts crying. "Wahhhh all I said was hi" he wails. "I'm sorry ian I'll make it up to you. Do you like cookies?". She asks. "Yes" he says. Makeesha walks over to the food table and brings him a plate of cookies. "Thank you nice lady" he says. "Awe you're welcome daelrling" she says. Ian starts eating the cookies after he's done we take him and put him in my back pack, because now the party is starting and people are showing up. Alot of people start showing. Keesha turns on all the music and everyone starts dancing. I see brooke sitting all alone. I walk up towards. "Hey brooke why are you sitting alone?" I ask. "Well I have no one to dance with". She says. I soon as she says that I really felt her pain from when I was in 7th grade at dance and didn't have anyone to dance with. So it slips out. "You can dance with me". I say it felt like my tounge been stabbed ten times as I said it. "Really but its a slow song?" She says. "Hey don't sweat it". I say. We walk to the dance floor and I grab her by her waist. We dance a little one step two step then I twirl her bring her back and then dip. "You're pretty good at this" she say. "Well you know" I say as I dip her again. "You're sweet kind athletic and a good dancer how are still single" she says. "Well most girls just see me as push over or just the nice guy" I say. "Some girls just don't know how to look for a good guy these days you". I say as I twirl her and dip her. "Be right back". Brooke says. "Okay". I say as she walks off. I head downstairs where my buddies are. I see trevon and karrot playing foosball. I walk over there to join karrots side since he's loosing. "Come on 2 on 1 is not fair wait your turn kwamb" complains trevon. "Well you see how badly karrot is loosing no offense karrot". I say. "Ugh fine but don't go so hard on me hahah" trevon says chuckling. I see karrots friend Miranda walk down here and she starts dancing. She's wearing a long pretty red dress with red ear rings to match. She goes by a DJ system to dance by herself. A guy named peter Jenkins walks up to her. "Would you like to dance?" He asks. I get all nervous and hope karrot doesn't see. "Nah I'm looking for someone sorry" she says. He walks away in a sad motion with his head looking down. "Phew that was close" I whisper under my breath. "What was close" karrot ask. "Your girl almost dance with peter Jenkins you better go over there and dance with her!" I say. "Okay thanks for the heads up". Karrot says. He heads towards her.me and trevon continue to play foosball. "So trevon have you met any girl you want to dance with?" I asked. "Nah bro I don't have time for dating with all my sports I play plus I like mythical babes" trevon says. "Haha" I say while chuckling.
Karrot walks up to Miranda. He gets a little nervous. "Hey Miranda" he says. "Hey karrot" she says. "Would you like to dance" he says. "Why of course" she says. Karrot grabs her hand and they walk to another dance floor and he grabs her by the waist and they move side to side. He twirls her and dips her and he gets a little closer. "Can I tell you something?" He asks. "Yes" she says. "I'm really glad you came to the party". He says smoothly. "Aww thanks" she says blushing. They stop dancing and he hugs her. "I really like you" she says. They stop and then Miranda kisses karrot as he hold her waist tightly. They kiss for a while, and then makeesha comes downstairs. "Okay everyone its time to take pictures" she says. I walk upstairs along with everyone else including karrot and Miranda. Me,trevon and makeesha take a few pictures together. I put my arm around her same with trevon in one picture we did a crazy one the next and in the third and last one we all pointed to the camera. I notice Miranda and karrot taking pictures together too. I notice brooke walking towards me. "Hey brooke" I say. "Hey kwambi" she says and she gives me a hug. "Do you want to take a picture together?" I ask. "Of course" she says. I put my arm around her and she snaps the picture. We look at each other and smile. But I get a weird feeling in my gut. "I got to go". I say. "Oh okay" she says "go talk to keesha for company" I say. "Alright". She says. I find keesha and tell her what happened. "I have to go do something where's ian?" I ask in a worried tone. "That's what i was trying to tell you he escaped" she says in a sad tone. "I was gonna go feed him in his cage and the whole cage was burnt". She says. "I'm gonna go find him" I say in a heroic tone. I run outside in the dark cold air and press the button on my watch to change into my armoured self with my swords and I run into the woods.
