Chapter 2 ( Captured )

Ed: Wake up ,maya ,get ready

I Got up from my very uncomfortable leaf bed ,I saw that Ed was still sleep, i got some clothes from my bag and went to the lake , so i could wash up.

Im so happy i can wash up ,On some trips i can't even wash up because there is no lake around that area that we are in but im happy we have one, i guess this isn't such a bad area after all .

Once i wash finished with everything, i combed my hair and put it in a bun , my hair is pretty long when its combed out so i hate it down when im traveling, so i usually have it in a bun or ponytail.

Ed was up and ready by the time i was done. He had on army looking clothes like always and i had on jean shorts and a black short sleeve shirt and combat boots.

I got my stuff together and put my heavy book bag on my back , i hated it but , i was y he one with all the stuff

Two Hour Later

Ed: "Maya ,you have to speed it up, we are going to slow."

Maya: "My bag is kinda heavy, so u know its kinda hard".

By now i was sweating up a storm , he never slowed down, i fell like im in a army boot camp and his clothes are not helping the thought

Maya: "can we just slow down a little "

Ed stoped walking and sat down on a near tree stomp that had fell

Ed:"Just for a while, but maya your going to have to learn how to deal with this , what if i die , how would you be able to live, please push your self , train your self, people want you dead .

Maya:" Why do they want me dead you never told me , tell me now im old enough. "

Ed:" Its not about how old you are, it matters if u can take it , how can u take the news i will give you if you can't even Handel a hike , show me that you can handle the news ."

I sat next to him and put my head down i felt like a failure to him , he raised me to be strong not a punk

Maya:" Im sorry , i will try my best to become the best "

Ed picks up my chin with his finger

Ed:" its okay maya , i will always love u for you , nobody is perfect but you "

I smiled at him and giggled a little bit , he always said that to me as a kid , i felt like i was on top of the world when he said that to me ,.

Maya:" I couldn't have a better father then you and my dad "

Ed: aww thank you

Ed laughed and gave me a hug

Ed:" Ready to go

Maya:Yup Totally Ready

I jumped up and adjust my book bag to feel more comfortable on my back

Ed: "Mia get down"

Ed shouted as he jumped in front of me , in moments he was on the floor with a gun shot wound

Maya:" Ed are you alright "

Ed:"Maya go get away before they kill you run"

As he said that tears ran down my face and i could see his pain , he was hit in his stomach, i start to put pressure on it to stop it i was getting a panic attack

Ed: "Maya RUN!!"

He yelled with all he had , i had to listen to him , i had to obey his last command , at least make him happy of me , i gave him a kiss on the cheek

Maya:I love you dad

Ed: I love you to

I got up and started running because i heard footsteps coming close , i started to run like crazy i started to hear somebody running behind me

Unknown Person: Where are you going maya , i have been looking for you .

The guy running behind me sounded so evil , how did he know my name , i don't recognize that voice.

My body started to give up , i couldn't run anymore, my legs gave out and i fell to the floor .

I heard laughing behind me and footsteps slowing down

Unknown Person: " Your So Weak , Weakling, I got you now "
