That new goth kid

My best friends were sat in the corner of the lunch room as I made my way of there with my tray. No, the cafeteria served nothing good, as per usual. My potatoes today just looked like glop ( I think that's a real word?) and smelt like shit. Literally. As I made my way to our lunch table, I could constantly feel this heavy breathing on my neck. Obviously someone was walking behind me, but I didn't dare turn around and look in case I elbowed them or something! So without even thinking I just threw my fist behind me. I know it was a bit harsh but I hate it when people breathe on my neck. You have no idea. I heard them yell and I felt really bad so I just ran off. I think I went red...
The voice sound really deep, so it was obviously a guy, but I didn't recognise the voice. I finally came to our lunch table and everyone just had a look of terror on their face. I knew it was because o what just happened.
"Okay so I know it was a bit harsh, but he was standing really close and I don't even know who it was but I feel so bad!"
"You just hit the new kid." Ali said.
"Shit."
"Yeah he's that new goth kid everyone keeps talking about." Hanna replied, clearly without thinking.
"Hanna!" We all said in unison.
"What? We were all thinking it!"
So I then decided to go and find him to apologise. I didn't know what to look for or expect, seen as though I hadn't even seen him before.
There he was, sat in the corner on his own. He had a leather jacket and black skinny jeans, a black t-shirt and a chain around his neck. I could see why everyone called him goth. He looked kinda hot though...
