Kate Argent

"What's going on, Ethan?" I asked him. "It's Derek. He's been taken." he responded curtly as we all walked out through the school's main doors. "Again?" Stiles said exasperated. "Okay, you guys have a lot to catch me up on" I said as I glanced at Stiles. Ethan then stopped walking and turned towards Stiles. "Follow me in your jeep and keep up, okay?" he said. "Yea sure" he responded. Stiles and I walked to his jeep and got in and started to trail Ethan. We then pulled up to this burnt down house. "What happened?!" I yelled as I jumped out the jeep. "No, this was his old house. Some years ago, a lady named Kate Argent used other people to help set this house on fire. Only Peter and Cora made it out alive. Derek was at school." he said. "Oh okay" I said as I sighed in relief. "Wait, Kate Argent?" I asked. "Yea. You know her?" Stiles asked. I felt my eyes burn a bright purple. Ethan looked at me. "Nicole...." he trailed off. I calmed down and looked at the ground. "She's the reason, isn't she?" Ethan asked sadly. I nodded my head. "For what?" Stiles asked. "I'll tell you later" I said.

I then felt a strong presence inside the house. "Uhhh Ethan" I said as Stiles and I walked near him. "Yea I sense it too. Whatever it is, it's way stronger then an alpha" He said as we started walking towards the house. I heard a pained howl come from inside the house. Then I felt a searing pain across my chest. making me drop to the ground. "Scott" I said. I quickly ran my hand over the large gash, making it heal. Then we rushed inside the house to see some lady tied up and Derek standing next to her. "Ethan I thought you said Derek was taken" I said as I rolled my eyes. "I thought he was to" Ethan said as he shrugged.

I then looked back at the lady and immediately recognized her. My eyes burned a bright purple. "Kate" I growled. She looked up at me and smiled. "Oh wonderful. Look at who we have here." She said as she smirked. Scott and Derek looked at me. "You know her?" Derek asked. "Yea" I said. "How?" Scott asked. "Later on" I said as I walked up to her. I then slashed her across the chest. She cried out in pain, her blood dripping to the floor. She then growled at me, her whole face turning purple. "What the fuck are you?" Ethan asked. "A demon wolf. The female one" She said as she smirked. "Peter" Derek said as he growled. "No don't be mad. I'm actually glad his claws went deep enough" She said. "Now, are you gonna tell them what's gonna happen?" Kate asked me, smirking. "No" I said. "Nicky?" Isaac asked. "Stop, Kate. I don't want them to get involved. What ever happens, happens." I stated. "Meaning?" Stiles asked. "Meaning, she'll die" Kate said as she laughed. "What?!" Stiles said as he walked up to me and turned me to face him. "What is she talking about, Nicole?" Scott said. "I'll tell you all later" I said as I got out of Stiles's grip. "And I told you to stop" I said as I growled and clawed her face. She looked at me. "What are you?" she asked. "My gashes from you still haven't healed when usually they would've been healed" She said as she peered at me. "Don't worry about it" I said as I walked towards the door. "If you need any help, Derek, just call me or howl" I called over my shoulder to him as I walked out of the house.

"Where are you going?" Stiles asked me as I walked out the house. "To Lydia's" I said. "Let me drive you" he said. "Stiles, no" I said as continued to walk past his jeep. "Nicole" he said as he spun me around and looked in my eyes. "Let me drive you to Lydia's. Please?" he said. "Fine" I said as I walked back towards his jeep and got in. "What was Kate talking about?" he asked me as we got back on the main road. "Nothing" I said as I looked out the window. "Nicole please tell me" he said. "Stiles, I said it was NOTHING" I said. He didn't say anything and gripped the steering wheel. "I'm sorry Stiles" I said as I looked at him. He nodded his head. I sighed and looked out the window.

A few minutes later, we pulled up to Lydia's house. "Thanks, Stiles" I said as I slightly smiled at him. "No problem" he said. I got out and went inside. "Hey Ms. Martin" I said. "Hey honey. Lydia's in her room" she said. "Okay, thanks" I said. As soon as I walked into her room, she said "Where you have you been?" she asked me as she narrowed her eyes at me. I told her everything that happened, including the little conversation with Kate and what happened with Stiles. "What's going to happen?" she asked me as her eyes teared up. "Oh Lydia please don't cry" I said as I hugged her. "I just, I already lost one best friend, and I don't want to lose another!!" She said. I sighed and said "Lydia you won't. I'm gonna do everything in my being to make sure that I don't die" I said. "And I'm gonna help" she said firmly. "Lydia..." I trailed off. "Nope, I don't wanna hear it" she said. "Now, let's get ready for bed. And we NEED to go shopping" she said. "I most def agree!" I said while laughing.
