I walked in the animal clinic and saw Scott in the waiting room. "Hey Scott" I said. "Hey" he said. "Ready to get started?" he asked me. "Yeap" I said as I followed him to the back where the dogs are at. All we did was take pain away from some of the dogs and the cats and played with them. "This is actually fun" I said as I looked at Scott. "Yea I know. I love this job" he said. Then I saw a puppy with its leg caught in the kennel door. It looked broken. It started whining.

"Ohmigosh Scoooooot(I realized this looks like "scoot" but pretend it's Scott)" I said as I pointed to the puppy. "Aw poor guy" he said as he went to go get it out. "Wanna try to put a splint on it tomorrow until Deaton can look at it?" he asked me. "Yea!" I said as he told me to put on some gloves and I did so. "Now put it on like this" he said as he motioned in the air. "Huh?" I said. "Put it on like this" he said doing the same motion in the air Confused, I tried it, but did it wrong and the puppy was still whimpering. Scott came over and stood beside me. I leaned down towards the puppy. Scott instructed me on what to do step by step and I did it.

"I did it!" I said then shot up to look at Scott. Then I realized we were right in each other's face. We just stared at each other. He leaned in and I did too. Then we kissed. I felt a strange feeling but ignored it. He then slowly wrapped his arms around my waist as I put mines around his shoulders. Then we started making out. Then I pulled away. I looked down. "Ohmigod what did I do?" I said as Scott took his arms from around me. "I'm so sorry!" Scott said as he looked at me. "I just, I don't know! I got caught in the moment, and you're just so pretty, and I just, I, I'm sorry" he said looking down. "It's not all your fault Scott" I said grabbing his arm. "I kissed you back, and made out with you. I just feel so bad because I cheated on Stiles. I really like him alot and I just woke up not too long ago and here I am, kissing his best friend. I feel terrible" I said.

Scott was going to say something but Deaton cut him off. "Did you guys kiss?" Deaton asked us. "Yea..." We both said. "You might wanna hear this then" He said nervously as we followed him back into the examination room. Scott and I glanced at each other. "So all you guys did was kiss, right?" he asked us. "Welll" I said at the same time Scott said "Uhhh" . "We made out, too" Scott said. "Oh no" Deaton said.

"What?" I said. "Remember when I told you that you guys would be linked physically because of your alpha statuses?" He asked us. "Yea" we said. "I actually thought that what I'm going to tell you would be pointless because you liked Kira and you liked Stiles but if you guys were to ever kiss, then nothing would happen, but if you guys did anything other than just kiss, you're linked at the heart as well." he said. Scott and I looked at each other. "That's that weird feeling I heard then." I said. "You felt it too?" He asked me. I nodded. "For you guys to have made out, there has to be some type of feelings you have towards each other, and if that's the case, it makes the situation slightly worse" he said looking at us. "Umm" I said. "Well" he said. "I do like you, Scott" I said. "Well, I actually like you alot" Scott told me. I looked at him. I saw Deaton's face fall. "Well, yea, you guys are linked at the heart, but since you have feelings for each other as well, that link is much more stronger now. Now, you can feel what the other feels" he said. I sighed. "Nicole" Deaton said. "This might be your only way to stay alive" he said. I looked at him shocked as did Scott.

"This is crazy. Oh God Kira is gonna hate me. And Stiles.. I don't even wanna think about it. He's gonna be crushed" I said sadly. "You both can have the rest of the day off" Deaton told us. We thanked him them walked out of the animal clinic.
