The Food Fight

Second and third period ended which meant it was time for lunch. Iris and Misty walked together just like any other day. Misty went on and on about her makeup her voice full of life and energy, but her voice changed once the sound of a group of teenage boys could be heard in the distance. This group of boys were the most popular boys in the school; Drew the basketball player. Drew wasn't even good at basketball, but he was super cute which made it okay according to all of his fangirls. Paul the "manager". Paul didn't play any sports, but he was hired by the coach to make sure that everyone was at the games on time and take attendance. He like never smiled, but all the girls were crazy over him. And last Ash Ketchum. The hottest boy in school the jock the whole package. Misty knew him since they were little in like preschool, but ever since  he started working out and tried out for football they stopped talking. They walked through the halls as if they were celebrities. Everyone stopped and stared at them clearing a path in the hall just for them. Misty and Iris rolled their eyes as far back as far as they could go. "Hey, Misty!" Ash called out to her as he ran up to her.
"Ugh! What do you want Ketchum?" Misty said as rudely as she could.
"Gee! I just wanted to tell you that you looked hot today," he threw his hands up as if he was saying it wasn't him. Misty slightly blushed.
"Wow Ash, you sure know how to steal a girls heart," Iris said sarcastically.
He winked at Iris pointing his fingers at her in a shape of a gun. "Ugh! What a kid!" Iris yelled blushing only a tiny bit.
"Whatever, let's just go to lunch," Misty said still upset.
In the lunch room kids yelled and talked loudly. Sitting at tables. A certain group of boys were throwing around a football.  Misty and Iris were in line with another girl. This girl was May. She had light brown hair and wore a red sweater that was to big and covered her hands. May was quite the social media butterfly. She was quite pretty and liked to eat. But sadly was bullied because of her weight. But you couldn't tell because she always had a smile. "Aren't you going to eat anything?" Iris questioned May looking at her plate of a few grapes and a bottle of water.
"Huh? Oh, no," she said quietly and as if it wasn't a problem. Iris and Misty looked at each other confused. May smiled at them and walked off. Misty and Iris shrugged and started walking to their table. "Paul catch it!" Ash yelled as the football came soaring in Paul's direction which was directly in front of Misty. Paul stood still and instead of putting his hands out to catch it he moved out of the way causing it to crash right on to Misty's plate. All of her food splashing on her face. She dropped her tray down in anger. "Ketchum!" She yelled full of anger. Misty stomped up to Ash clenching her fist. Once she was close enough to see every detail of his face she yelled, "Look at me I am covered in food! My makeup was perfect! You," she stabbed her finger in his chest when she said you," ruined everything!!" She emphasized the word everything.
"Hey, if anything you should blame Paul," Ash laughed fearfully.  Misty growled and got a handful of mash potatoes off another kids plate. She shoved the mash potatoes into Ash's face.
"Fooood figgght!" Iris yelled throwing her mash potatoes at Paul. Paul threw some back, but missing hitting Drew. Drew threw his milk and it ended up hitting a girl with short blonde hair. This girl was Serena. She was the fashion designer. She made her own clothes which where always super cute. She also modeled them at her own fashion shows. She was always followed around by a blonde boy this boys name was Clemont. He was an inventor and a total geek, but him and Serena were best friends. Serena giggled as she threw her milk carton. It ended up hitting Dawn. Dawn threw a slice of pizza and it hit Clemont. Serena started laughing. All the other students left the lunch room as quick as they could trying to not get their picture day outfits messy. Misty kept throwing different foods at Ash with Iris's help.
