Kate POV

We look at the door and there stood Lucy's brother Luke, I guess Lucy's parents like names starting the letter 'L'. They both have brown eyes and blonde hair, Luke is tall I don't know his high. Lucy told me that he has a crush on me, I laughed I thought it was a joke but I was wrong because not long ago he said that he loves me and i should brake up with Max.

Anyways when Luke came storming in scaring the hell out of Lucy and I, we started to throw things at him like pillows and food. He just stood there laughing "omg..........you......should of........ Seen.....your faces....." He managed to get out of his mouth while laughing

"LUKE!" Lucy yelled at him I could see the angry in her eyes, I could see that she wanted to kill him. But she won't, I know that because she loves him to much, she can't even stand him being sad or anything but she loves it when he's happy

"What, I was only having fun" he said as he came in and sat next to me "what movie are we watching?"

"insidious" I said not looking at him

"Oh sweet a horror" I looked over at him and he smiled at me, I have to say he has one hell of a smile.

After a little bit of silence "oh Kate I'm sorry about max" Luke said I just stopped everything and looked down, trying to hold back some tears form leaving my eyes but it didn't work because before I knew it a tear came down my face. Luke must have realised because he pulled me into a hug "I'm sorry I shouldn't of brought it up......please forgive"

I wiped the tear from my face "it's ok....I-I think I-I should go" I stuttered and got up I started to walk to the door when I was stopped by someone grabbing my wrist. I looked back to see Luke standing there with sadness and concern in his eyes, I looked away trying not to make eye contact with him.

He let me go soon after and I turned back around to the door and started to walk, when I heard footsteps behind me I knew it would be Lucy "Kat wait up" I stopped so she could walk me to the door "I'm sorry Luke brought that up" she said in a quite tone.

"It ok Lucy... I just need to get home and get some rest, cause tomorrow I'm leave and I'm going to miss you soooo much" I said while I gave her a hug "I'll miss you too, I love you Kate" she said "I love you too Luce" with that we both started crying, we were both hugging each other like there was no tomorrow because to be honest it is the worst feeling ever know that you are losing your best friend.

I heard footsteps come down the hallway, I looked up to see Luke leaning against the wall "what? No hug for the sexy man here" he said as he points at himself, I just laughed and walked over to give him a hug too.

"I'm going to miss you Luke" I said with a smile on my face. We stood there for a minute or two and then we let go.

After that I walked out the door to my car and drove home knowing that tonight's my last night here. Why does life have to be so cruel and not think about me.

As I opened the door to my house the lights were off. I took out my phone and realised it was about 11:30 at night. Oops oh well, I walked down the hallway to my soon to be old room and searched throw the boxes with my clothes in it and got out my pjs and put them on then set my alarm to 4:00 so I can get ready in time to leave to the airport.

As I snuggled into my bed I thought about what my new house and school would be like. Before I knew it I was fast asleep and it felt like the worst feeling ever.

Ok it's so sad how it's her last night in her hometown 😢
