Vihaan stood in the living room, his jaw clenched, hands fisted at his sides. Reyansh and Arnav exchanged confused glances as the tension in the air thickened.

“It was Rooh,” Vihaan finally said, voice low but firm. "Who shot pihu

“What?” Arnav blinked in disbelief. “Rooh… shot Pihu?”

Reyansh shook his head instantly. “No, that’s not possible. Bhai, there must be some mistake.”

Vihaan looked at both of them, his eyes burning. “I’ve searched everything—every file, every footage. And she… she admitted it herself.”

He shows the evidence to them

A heavy silence fell over the room.

Arnav ran a hand through his hair. “What now, bhai? You love her, don’t you?”

Vihaan’s lips trembled before he nodded, the pain flickering across his face. “Yes… I love her,” he said hoarsely. “But not more than Pihu. She’s been in a coma for eight months. I can’t let the one who did this go free.”

Reyansh stepped forward. “But bhai… there has to be a reason. Rooh bhabhi… she doesn’t seem capable of doing something like that. I don’t know why… but I feel she’s innocent.”

Vihaan looked down, torn, as if the war inside him was tearing him apart. His heart said one thing. His revenge, another.

Rajput Mansion – Dining Table

The atmosphere was light with casual conversation until Dadi’s voice broke through. “There’s an important reception this weekend. The Oberois are hosting it for their business partner’s son. It’s a big event—our entire family is invited. That means all of you—no excuses.”

Rooh froze slightly, her fingers curling around her glass. Riya exchanged a quiet glance with Arohi, while the three brothers remained mostly silent, sharing unreadable expressions.

( Riya & Reyansh’s Room)

Riya waited, her eyes fixed on the door until Reyansh finally stepped inside, phone in hand.

“Reception’s this weekend,” she said softly, standing from the bed.

Reyansh raised a brow. “Hmm.”

She hesitated. “How… how will I go, Reyansh? Our marriage—no one knows yet. Won’t it create a scene?”

He tossed the phone on the table and came closer. “Then let them know.”

She blinked. “What?”

“I’ll hold your hand, walk beside you, and let them stare. I married you, Riya, not their opinions.”

Her eyes welled up slightly, and he reached out, pulling her gently into a hug. “You’ll come as my wife. That’s all they need to know.”

(Arohi & Arnav’s Room)

Arohi sat in front of the mirror, her bangles missing, her earrings unmatched. Her dupatta lay crumpled beside her as she muttered, “This always happens when I actually want to look nice.” arnav heard her

Silently, Arnav stepped inside, picked up her dupatta without saying a word, and walked out. Arohi didn’t even notice.

Ten minutes later, he returned with a small box in hand. “Try these,” he said, his voice calm.

Arohi blinked in surprise as she took the box. Inside were bangles and earrings that matched perfectly.

“You went out… just now?” she asked.
