(Draco's pov)

I felt somebody run into me and a very soft voice replied and said oh my gosh I am so sorry for bumping into you.

As I turned around my mouth dropped to the floor because standing right in front of me was the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. Her hair was the same color as mine with gold tips and it reached down past her hips. I quickly closed my mouth and responded saying; no problem, are you ok?

"Yes, I am ok. May I ask who are you?"

I am Draco Malfoy and who might you be?

"I am Hermione Gryffindor."

As she finished saying I was shocked she was the great grand daughter of the man who started our school. Since I'm in Gryffindor house I know that most likely she will not be in slytherin, hufflepuff, or ravenclaw.

Are you new to the school?

"Yes I am although I am entering the second year not the first year. Do you know where I should go?"

Yes you can sit with me on the train since I'm the only one you have met. I said this as I winked at her.

She blushed and said ok.

Together we entered the train.

(Hermione's pov)

We boarded the train and sat down in one of the compartments with a few of Draco's friends.

"Hey guys this is Hermione." Said my new friend Draco.

Hey guys I'm Hermione, Hermione Gryffindor.

Everyone in the compartment had their mouths hanging all the way to the floor.

What, why are you all staring at me for? I ask while folding my wings to my back.

"Hermione, do you know the founder of our school? "Ask a boy of the name, Blaise.

No, what does this have to do with me?

"Well the founder, Godric Gryffindor, is the founder of our school and is the most powerful and was the king angel in the winged world. And you have both have the same last name so obviously you have to be related."

Me, related to Godric Gryffindor, ill ask my mom about it.

"Are you just asking your mom or will your dad be apart of this discussion?" asked Draco.

No he will not, my dad, James Gryffindor, is d-d-dead. As I said this I began to cry my eyes out.

"O my gosh I shouldnot have brought up your dad in to the conversation, I am so sorry." RepliedDraco. "Please do not cry, I don't like seeing people cry.
