I groaned at the sound of my annoying alarm. Reaching my hand to the top of my nightstand, and stopping the alarm. I sighed, brushing the sleep away from my eyes. This was the first day in this school year that I felt that I didn't want to go to school for multiple reasons. First, because we're going to apologize to Mr.Anderson and the chance of him accepting the apology is very small. And second, today we don't have Maths class. I didn't see any purpose on going to school, honestly.
I finally made it out of my bed and to the bathroom. Washing my face, brushing my teeth and having a piss. A normal routine.
I went out, getting ready to get dressed in my plain white t-shirt with a jacket over it and blue skinny jeans . I sat down on bed, tying my white converse shoes. I stood up, grabbing my bag and shoving my phone in my pocket.
"Morning." I mumbled to my parents who were sitting on the kitchen table. It came out as if it was a bit forced but I wasn't a morning person, anyway.
"Good morning sweetie."
"Good morning honey."
They both greeted me as I was already getting the milk and the cereal out. I mixed them in the bowl, chewing quickly because the bus always interrupts my breakfast and I just didn't want to make this morning even worse.
"Chloe, the school sent the trip fees back to us .." My dad frowned, opening an envelope and reading the paper inside. " ..Saying that you're not allowed to attend the trip." He continued.
I swallowed hard the cereal that was filling my mouth, deciding whether I should tell him the truth or not, I didn't even tell my Mum because I was hoping that we'd fix everything today. The only one who knows about the fight is Zayn.
"Really?!" I faked a surprised expression. "They must have got confused between me and someone else." I lied, stirring aimlessly the rest of the milk that was left in the bowl.
"I guess I should give Mr.Anderson a call then to tell him that they sent a wrong mail."
"No!" I said suddenly, a little bit louder than I intended. My parents gave me a confused look and I pursed my lips. "I'll tell them, just give me the money and I'll give it back to them." I extended my hand for my dad to hand me the envelope with the money.
I hope that today everything will go right, and I'd really give the money to Mr.Anderson or other than that I'll have to tell my parents the truth.
"Okay," My dad sighed, giving me the envelope just on time when I heard the bus' horn.
"Gotta go." I said hurriedly, telling them my goodbye and rushing out of the house. I climbed the two stairs of the bus, walking to where me and Chris sit.
"Hello buddy." Chris greeted me, scouting near the window so I could sit beside her.
"I'm really in a shitty mood today, Chris." I stated, sighing loudly and running my hand through my hair.
"Cheer up." Chris told me, forcing my lips upwards with her fingers. "I promise everything will be alright."
"How are so sure." I mumbled, as I wasn't able to talk because of Chris' fingers forcing me to smile.
"I'm not but let's hope so." She shrugged, finally removing her fingers from my face.
"They even sent the money back to us." I sighed, showing her the envelope that was still in my hand. I was sure that they gave it back to all of my friends as well.
"Yeah I know," She nodded, opening her bag and rumbled for something. "They sent it back to me, too." She showed me an envelope similar to mine.
"What did you say to your parents?" I questioned.
