Jane's POV

Jack was my best friend. I don't think I could like him any differently. I heard a knock on my door the next morning. It was ej.

"Oh come in" I said. I had to tell him now.

"Ej we need to talk-"

"JANewillyoubemygirlfriend?" He asked. I gasped. He was my best friend and I didn't want to disappoint him. I looked at him.

"Ar-are you serious?" I asked. He nodded.

"Yes" I replied. He smiled and kissed my cheek.

"Ok well I have to go help organize the party I will see YOU later" and with that he happily ran outside the doorway downstairs. What did you do Jane? You shoulda been straight with him.

So the party was tonight. I was in my room getting ready. Since it was masquerade themed, I could be just wear a mask. I put on a black cocktail dress that fell just above my knees and simple black lipstick and same color eyeshadow. I was almost done. I grabbed my white mask that had black designs on the left side, put it on, and waited in my room. I mean the point of a masquerade was so people didn't know who you were.

The party started and I heard the downstairs filling up. So I wAlked out of my room and went downstairs. There were so many people I mean how did Clocky pull this off. I sat alone for the first few dances then I started to find pastas. Ben was in a green tux with a blue mask. I could tell because of how short he was xD. Ej was dancing with some random chick wearing a black tux and a purple mask with weird markings on it. And so on I found the pastas.

The two ok couldn't find were Clocky , Jeff, Toby, and slender.

A few slow dances came on and no one asked me to dance, witch was ok because I didn't know how to. As if on cue someone walked up to me. They were in a white dress shirt, black pants, black vest and a read tie. I couldn't see there mask because it was hidden with a white mask with red and black designs on the right side.

"Would you like to dance?" The person asked me. Their voice sounded so familiar but I couldn't put a finger on it.

I looked around. "Me?"

He laughed. "Yes you"

"Ok um sure." I smiled and took his extended hand. He led me onto the dance floor and we started dancing. I had to have stepped on his feet like a GAZILLION times.

"I'm sorry I just don't know how dance" I said awkwardly.

"Its fine let me show you." He took my hands placing them around his neck and he out his arms around my waist.

"Ok now it's simple just follow my lead" he said. I attempted to do that. I didn't step on him as many times but I still was really bad.

"Ok I'm sorry I can't do this anymore my feet kind hurt" I said.

"Oh it's fine" he replied. "But I'd like to talk to you more of that's ok."

I smiled. "Sure" I sat down on one of the chairs in the kitchen with him.

"So what's your name?" He asked.

I bit my lip. " but a masquerade is to disguise yourself. That might just blow my cover." I laughed a bit. This was actually kinda fun.

He smiled. "Well, I guess your right" we sat there talking and drinking together for a few others. Then I heard Clocky and Tobys voice on the speakers.

"HELLO PEOPLE HAVING A GOOD TIME?" Clocky yelled. Everyone cheered.

"WELL I AM SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT THE LAST SONG WILL BE PLAYING" there was an "awww" from the crowd. The last song played and the guy took my hand and led me onto the dance floor.

"May I have this Last dance?" He bowed down looking at me. I couldn't help but to smile.

"Yes you may" I laughed as we danced and the last song was about to end.

"Can I give you something?" He asked.

"Like?"

"Like this" he leaned in and kissed me deeply. I kissed him back and he pulled away. Clocky announced that the party was over. And people started leaving.

"Well I must go" I said and we said goodbye. After he left I went to Clocky.

"Wait will they come back to the mansion?" I asked concerned.

"Nope slenders drugged then before this. They'll think it's all a dream"

She smiled letting put an insane laugh.

"Ooook Ima go get changed" I said. I went upstairs and changed into a tee and a pair of black shorts. And removed my heavy make up. I wAlked downstairs to help Clocky and Jeff clean up.

"Where's everyone else?" I asked Clocky picking up a garbage bag and cleaning the tables.

"Either piss drunk or sleeping" she replied. "Speaking of drunk people I should probably go check on Toby." She mouthed the words sorry to me before leaving me alone with Jeff.

"You know that I am sorry right Jne?" Jeff asked me when Clocky left. I ignored him. I kept cleaning and so did he.

"So are you just gonna ignore me?" Asked Jeff.

"Can you please not talk to me?" I tried not to sound annoyed.

"Jeez what's wrong with you?" I felt Jeff staring at me.

"Jeff you murdered my family and friends and everyone I loved." I said rather nicely.

"The past is the past and sometimes you gotta move on. It's ok to visit it some times, but you can't live there Jane" he said before turning around to clean a pile of solo cups off the ground.

Jeff's POV (ikr exciting)

I stopped cleaning and walked back upstairs figuring Jane could do the rest.

"CLOCKY" I ran around the halls looking for her. I finally bumped into her.

"Jeff what is it?" She asked me.

"I need to talk to you."

"About?"

I hesitated for a moment. " so Jane and I were cleaning up and I realized this girl I met at the masquerade was her. I didn't know and she didn't know it was me and we started talking and we...oh god..we kissed?"

"Whoa bro that's some deep shit." Clocky finally said.

"What the hell should I do?" I asked frantically.

"Tell her bruh or I will just sayin." And with that clocky walked away.
