Me and Lily watched as jonu's phone rang. "What- why is he calling?" Jonu said as she looked at the caller id. "Who is it?" Lily asked her. "It's that neurosurgeon, sunghoon". She said "should i lift it?" She asked us. "Yea, sure why not?" I said and Lily nodded agreeing with me. "Hmm" she lifted the call and kept the phone near her ear.

"Hello?" I spoke. "Hello" i heard his voice from the other side of the phone. "What do you want?" I asked as if I am annoyed but i'm not. "Chill, ok? I just..wanted to ask if you are free tonight..so?" He said, his voice is a bit softer now maybe shy? Anyways. "Why? But I am free tho..." Wait- now that I realise it.. he's asking me for a date! Tff. "Really? Yea, cuz..wanted to meet you." Happy voice
"Oh..uhh ok where? Wait- i know a place. It's near my house, yk? That fancy restaurant near my house. Lets go there?". I said in a shy voice.
"S-sure, I'll book the reservation. Hmm ok bye?." He said in a shy voice, even tho I can't see him I can imagine his red face..
"Yea..bye" in a soft voice. We ended the call.
I started to hum softly.. forgetting that yihyun and Lily are looking at me.
"What the- tell us what did he say to make you look like love sick puppy?" Lily asked.
"What- no! Not a love sick puppy! Just, he asked for a date! A friendly date tho" i said as i cleared my throat.
"Friendly date? As if we believed it.." yihyun said as lily and her laughed.
"Uh.. guys what's wrong? Why are you gossiping?" Suddenly our ceo hari, spoke.
We all gasped in shock. "What the- MS. Shin- i mean, hari don't be so sudden! You all scared" yihyun said as we all nodded( i mean me & lily). "Fine, sorry. So what is it so interesting that you all are talking about without doing your work?". Hari asked us. "Just..yk? Mr. Kang and Ms. choi, i mean are going to a date these evening after work.." lily said quietly,
"What THE?! HOW COME I NOT KNOW THIS?!" She said in shock. "Shhh! Hari, quite" i said.
"Well, i told about this to them, now only. And not only me and mr. Kang. Jonu and that neurosurgeon sunghoon are also going to a date." Yihyun said. "A friendly date " i added.
"Friendly? I don't believe it.." she muttered under her breath. "What?" I asked her as if daring her to say it again. "Nothing!" She said.
