"The signal fire, its gone." He looks behind me to where the signal fires supposed to be and he shrugs.

"I don't know. It's not my job, it's yours." I shake my head.

"Him," I point at Roger. He points to himself and looks at me questioningly.

"You were supposed to be guarding the fire and you let it out!" I throw my hand down.

"I'm sorry. Jack said he needed me."

"Who cares? I gave you an order and you didn't stick to it; you're supposed to listen to me, not Jack!" I'm angry with everyone. We are trying to be saved, not trying to stay on this island forever. Jack steps in front of me, and you can tell he's getting angry too. Paint is falling down his face mixing with his sweat.

"He's one of my hunters, not one of your silly little builders. I control him not you." He pushes at me and I step back.

"You know what? Fine! Take your silly little group and make your own tribe! I'm done!" I turn around and walk away. Piggy follows me back down to the beach where the groups of littleuns are.

*End of Flashback*

"Ralph?" I snap out of my daze and look up. Jacks standing there with handcuffs and a guard behind him. I suddenly forgot exactly why I was here. Why was I here? What am I going to ask him?

"You have 15 minutes," the guard says, and he walks away into the corner of the room. Jack pulls out the chair across from me and sits down.

"Hi Jack," I say looking at him, swallowing the lump in my throat. His hair is long and shaggy. He looks exhausted.

"No one's visited me here before," he says quietly. His voice cracks and I sit up a little bit.

"Why not?" He looks up at me and I can't look away. I haven't seen him in two years, and I never thought this is how he would be after that long.

"Everyone disowned me. You saw what they think I did. But I didn't do it and I'm stuck here for something I didn't do. Ralph you have to get me out of here, its horrible. It might look fine but it's not." He quickly changes the subject and he's leaning over the table to look at me. He looks sincere about what he's saying.

"I can't get you out of here Jack, and you did do it. I watched you with my own eyes." I lean in, too, and he leans back. His eyes are starting to water.

"Please don't cry again." He frowns and his face starts turning red. He's getting angry with me. Even if theres a guard and he's in handcuffs, I'm scared of what's going to happen if he gets angry.
