DeShawn's POV

My name is DeShawn, I'm 18 years old, and I live in Chicago where it's pretty hard to make a good living. My parents died 6 years ago in a car accident while arguing over who knows what, I barely remember. After my parents died, I was taken by social services to an orphanage. But lately I have not been staying there. I felt as if I stayed there I would feel depressed about my parents death. So I usually hide in allies, doing what I know best, which is selling weed. After my night shift, I would walk to the nearest bench in the park and sleep. I quit school when I turned 15, because I felt as if school wasn't important. Who needs to sit at a desk all day writing things that I thought wouldn't help my future and getting a letter that determines how smart you are. Education didn't save my parents it didn't help me in my future, in fact it ruined my my life. To me, money is all you need for you to succeed, it doesn't matter how you earn it.

I know this chapter is still very short, but it is still part of the introduction. So I guess I will update every 3 days or maybe earlier. So stay tuned. I may write another chapter later today.
