Answer to question 1:

Sting: Why don't we join Natsu-san and the rest of Fairy Tail? Well, I guess we can't leave Yukino or Minerva. And I'm the new Guildmaster!

Rouge: Also thanks to Natsu-san's influence we are family. We have to look out for each other. And family sticks together.

And Gruvia is Gray X Juvia.
