"You did what?" Sherry's relationship therapist looked at her with a confused expression. The woman in front of her was a successful woman, and married to a handsome man. So why was she calling her husband different names in bed?
"It's the punishment aspect of sex. Every time he has sex with me, I call him other names. So, we often don't have sex.
Sherry smiled happily. She thought the therapist would applaud her on the smart thought. Instead she received a look of frustration.
"Why that's a catalyst for cheating! One night he'll find someone who's willing to call him by his own name.
"Fine. It'll end this dull marriage anyway!"
Sherry was angry.Her husband Garrett Beckett was as dull as gray. A 29 year old with no sense of intimacy. The sparks that were flaring in the beginning of their 3 year marriage was long gone. Sex was a chore, and not often practiced at the Beckett household.
Clara could feel her client retracting from her marriage. She was saddened by the thought. They were a very attractive couple, Sherry having the most remarkable chocolate shade of skin. Clara envied the perfect sculpted curls grazing Sherry's strong jaw. The woman's hazel eyes sparkling, unlike Clara's grey ones. She knew they still loved each other, and were just going through a rough patch. Though, Clara knew something had to be done for the young couple. And Clara knew what.
"Ok. Go home tonight, and next week bring Garrett with you, I have an idea. For now, your time is up."
Sherry stood up to hug her therapist. She walked out of the chic office. Now back home to ruin the 2 hours spent with Clara. Though, Sherry still jumped into her small convertible, arriving in her parking spot. Brushing the dark curls off her face, going into the apartment building. Sherry hoped Garrett wasn't home, he would give her a sad look, and then avoid her for the rest of the day. When she finally opened the door, no sound was heard in the well furnished apartment. Sherry let out a sigh.
