[November 12th, 2018]

The earth was different from before the Armageddon, which is what the very few survivors called the disaster. The average temperature went down to 62 degrees Fahrenheit. And there seemed to be new animals, like a rabbit with antlers, and it could superhop to frolic to heights above most trees. And some of the trees were now multicolored and stretched above the clouds. And soldiers of sticks, stones, and bones took shelter in the towering trees. The biomes varied from forests above clouds to deserts underwater to grasslands floating in midair.

All the creatures were vicious towards humans not knowing their capabilities. Although, they adored little Adelaine, who lost her parents by the lava wave in the Armageddon that caused them to throw Adelaine far enough from the lava so she could run through the burning rain and find a way to survive, without her mom or her dad. They like her because she was different from other survivors. She had wings made from different flowers that were so large, they dragged behind her.

Adelaine lived by herself in a bunker that was near the towering forest where the grass became flowers, and the flowers became grass. The bunker had enough food to last Adelaine for another couple years. And everyday she visited the forest and played with the creatures. The soldiers would teach her how to use her wings while telling each other stories. The antlered rabbits would race her to the forest's nearest pond and play games. The giant butterflies would show her the scenery above the clouds and they would tell funny jokes. They were everything to her. After losing her parents, she found someone who loved her, she found a sanctuary.

But today, someone came by to the forest where Adelaine and the creatures had been playing like always. She was being sneered at by the the creatures as they grew suspicious.

Unknown Woman: Don't worry, I don't need you little weirdos. Just give me the girl and I'll be on my way.

The rabbits hop away as the soldiers dropped down from the trees towering over the woman at 8 feet tall. Tigers made from many gems reveal themselves from the bushes. The giant butterflies join the barrier of creatures standing between Adelaine and the woman. A bird made with clouds swoops in and grabs Adelaine and flys away.

Soldier: You have no business here. And you have no business with the girl.

Unknown Woman: That girl is getting aw-

Jeweled Tiger: This is your last chance. LEAVE!

Unknown Woman: The name's Rosinne if you wanted to know who you're messing with.

The tigers stand side by side, breathing out fire balls that combines into a beam of fire shooting at Rosinne. She jumps high into the sky to dodge the beam and in midair, charges at the middle tiger. The tiger changes the jewels forming his shape to a mix of obsidian and diamond quick enough that her strong charge has no effect. A soldier zooms at Rosinne with a shield of bones, which Rosinne blocks with a plasma shield. The force of the soldier throws Rosinne back. Quickly, the butterflies fly around Rosinne slowly forming a dust cloud that grows larger and larger. The animals disappear out of sight. An arrow slightly cuts Rosinne's cheek. Rosinne forms a barrier around herslef as more arrows come like rain until one breaks her shield. Another soldier pops through the dust cloud at top speed hitting Rosinne on contact. As Rosinne breaks into millions of tiny glass pieces they realized it was a trap.

Soldier: It's a decoy! Find her!

The bunnies desperately hop to the overview to find the real Rosinne. Suddenly, a giant clear barrier was covering most of the forest. All the animals were trapped, except for one of the bunnies who was high enough to escape the prison's creation. The animals, desperate to get out, became weaker and weaker as they knew that the prison walls are impenetrable and that Adelaine was in trouble. The rabbit is then saddened that he may never be with is family again.

[Meanwhile]

Rosinne throws a fire ball at the cloud bird that catches up to the bird. The screams of the bird spread as it dissolves into the air and drops Adelaine. Adelaine starts flying away from Rosinne faster than a sports car. As she saw Rosinne inching closer with lightning in her hand ready to strike at the girl. When Rosinne is close enough, she goes for the strike.

Out of nowhere, something slams Rosinne to the ground causing cracks in the ground. It was a boy with dirty blond hair and eyes that were a mix of emerald green and ocean blue. The thing that made Adelaine wonder for those few seconds were that his goatee beard would change between his different eye colors and that he had wings just like her wings, but of grass.

Rosinne: So now I can get two supers now.

Winged boy: Give it up, Rosinne! It's not worth it.

Rosinne tries to get up but he pushes her back down and this time, holds her down by the neck. He looks at confused and frightened  Adelaine with sadness on his face. She realizes that she needs to take advantage of the time and fly away as far as possible. And as the girl fled, the boy took one more look at Rosinne.

Winged boy: This is for your own good

He started to turn into ice with everything frozen he had created a prison for him and Rosinne as his now ice hands were still around Rosinne. Rosinne struggles to break through the unbreakable, detailed sculpture of the winged boy. Rosinne was now stuck to look at the frozen boy's face. And Adelaine was once again, alone.
