Chapter 1.0 - Secrets of the Night Theift Raven
At Delta Trinity School.
Sunny day for a school weekdays.
All the students are worried about simple matter. Boy, girl problems, Homework not being able to complete on time, having troubles at school and all those normal problems but there's one sitting at the corner, looking out the window with a different problem than the rest of them.
"Hey Kyrie, Have you heard about the news last night?"
"News? What news?"
Kyrie looking uninterested in the topic but still went along with it by asking what news she was talking about.
"You know, the news about Kaden Diran, the teenage detective! He's so dreamy" as she giggles uncontrollably
She gained interest as soon as Kyrie heard the detective part,
"Kaden Diran? Who's that?"
"O-M-G, You don't know who's Kaden Diran? The only coolest boy on the planet. He solved another case last night" Showing a T.V. News from her phone to Kyrie
Kyrie listened carefully to the reporter as it caught her attention more and more.
The reporter said that Kaden solved his 140th case at such a young age, beating the records of all the detectives in Hong Kong.
Maybe just maybe he can solve the mystery of my sister's disappearance. She has been missing for 4 months without a trace. The police couldn't find anything that could lead to her disappearances.
Kyrie decided to go to the place where she can find Kaden Diran.
"Wow"
Kyrie's eyes widen with a jaw dropping from amazement.
The mansion Kaden lives in is huge, I never thought there'd be such a place like this.
The mansion has a dark brownish old paints, a wall surrounds the mansion with a gate strikes fear to anyone that comes close.
Kyrie pressed the bell but didn't get any response so she pressed it a couple of more times until a person in a suit that looks around in his 60s with gray hair and a proper posture as he walks towards the gate
"May I help you Miss?"
"I'm here to see Kaden Diran"
He opened the gate then led her inside the mansion.
As they go further inside the mansion and up the staircase, Kyrie heard a slight sound of a violin playing.
Is that Kaden? Wow, the melody is quite good, I didn't know he knows how to play a violin. Sherlock Holmes much?
"Sir, a visitor is here to see you" The butler knocked on the door from where the sound of the violin was playing.
He turned his head to Kyrie and told her, Kaden invited her inside.
Kyrie goes inside.
Kyrie saw Kaden standing by the window, she can't tell how he looks like because of the sun ray shining through the window making him look like a shadow figure.
Wait, he's not playing the violin?
Kaden turns off the CD player that's making the violin melody then asks Kyrie to sit down as Kaden sits across the table in front of her.
Well... That's me expecting too much- wait a minute!
Kyrie's eye widen as she feels a weird feeling when she seen Kaden's face.
He looks familiar... I mean I know he's seen in the T.V. a couple of times but
it feels weird... I think I've seen him before.
"Something on your mind?" Kaden asks
Kyrie pulls herself from her thoughts
"Sorry?"
"What's the reason for you coming here?"
Kyrie introduced herself before explaining everything to Kaden. How her sister vanished without a trace. After Kyrie drank the orange juice that Chives served, she suddenly shed a tear as she feels the pain of her sister disappearing and leaving her behind.
Why did you leave me? I could have gone with you...
The warm tears streamed down on her fair skin then Kaden wiped that sad tear and looking directly at Kyrie's eye
"I will find your sister. All you have to do is put your faith in me."
She rubbed her tears and looked at Kaden and smiled
Just by hearing those words, I feel as if it's this time, I'll be able to see my sister... The sister that I've been looking for...
