Chapter 1.2

Lighting flashes followed by the loud thundering clap. Kyrie looks out the window; thinking if her sister is somewhere out there looking at the dark cloudy sky.

Emily... Where are you right now? 

She lowered her eye onto the road, a person with an umbrella caught her attention. 

She couldn't see who it was because of the umbrella covering the face. 

Then suddenly, she heard her doorbell rang. 

A visitor, at this hour? Who could it be? 

She slowly walked to the door and before looking through the small window on the door,

she tried to listen.

"Kyrie, it's me. I know you're behind the door." 

"Kaden!?" 

She immidietly opened the door and in her surprised to find Kaden in front of her doorstep.

"What are you doing here? Wait, how did you know where I live?" 

Kaden walked in inviting himself into Kyrie's apartment

"I got news for you"

"About my sister?" 

Kaden spread the files on the table 

"You see here" Kaden pointing at a picture

"Before your sister vanish, she was caught by the surveillance cameras  going to an alley"

"An alley?" Why would my sister go there? " 

"That's what I'm trying to find out so I went there."  

Kaden showed another picture to Kyrie

"But unfortunately, nothing was there except this tiny symbol on the wall." 

The symbol of the all seing eye around 3 cm height and width.

"This eye usually represents great knowledge. Meaning knowledge that we don't know but this eye does. The weird thing is, it was curved perfectly well especially with the detail that was put into it."

"What do you think it means?" Kyrie asked

"I don't know yet but look at this"

Kaden taking out another photo  

"See here, in this surveillance cameras . Emily was seen going to this alley but look up here" 

Kyrie's squint trying to look at the photo clearer

"There's a figure up there"

"Yes, and here's the lightened version of the picture" 

Kaden showed another picture of the lightened version of the image

"It's-"

"It's Raven the phantom thieft"

In Kyrie's surprised, she was left speechless

Ra-Raven!? Raven the phantom thieft?! What could a jewel theift know about my sister

"In order to find out what happened to your sister, we need to talk to him" 

"How will we do that?" 

Kaden smirked at Kyrie then showed her a newspaper 

"By going to him. Tomorrow night at the HK History Museum. Raven is planning to steal the Lost Mayan's Blood Diamond" 

Kaden crossed his arm and closed his eyes

This will be fun. Raven's M.O. is always letting the police know what he's going to steal, when he's going to steal it and how he'll do it. This will be my 3rd time I'm having a case that'll involve Raven. This time I WON'T let him escape so easy.
