*Lola's POV*

Summer camp... Some people love it,some are forced to go by their parents and then there's me simply going because I suffer from 'FoMO' better known as 'The Fear of Missing Out'. It has its advantages for instance if I wasn't going to the camp I would be hibernating in my room, scrolling through endless news feeds on a selection of social media sites, until 3:00am.Which I'm pretty sure is the summer for 6 out of 10 teenagers!

Anyway my three friends Maisey, Leah and Sky have been going on about some summer camp, which and I quote 'the activities are a once in a life time opportunity, from water sports to high ropes' and according to Sky the boys are not to be missed out on!

The fact that if I didn't go to this camp I would have to listen to endless stories about it and not be able to loose myself in the memories like Maisey, Leah or Sky could. That my darling is why I am sitting in a very squished car listening to a llama scream.. oh wait no it's just Ariana Grande 'singing' problem.

Around two torturous hours later we arrived at this summer camp.

"Right lads we need to unload our stuff from the car quickly so we can get a room together", Leah said with a slight of a serious tone to her voice, I was unable to tell if she was being serious or not.

"Wait! Is there a chance we won't all be in a room together? ", Sky asked.

I was pretty happy I wasn't the only one to not understand Leah's statement but she didn't seem to be in a hurry so I settled on her saying it as a joke. "No she's only saying that so you can hurry your little as up those steps and not stop to check out any boys", I said with an eyebrow raise.

" Lola, honey I've told you this summer camp is about us all hanging out! Just us girls!"

Sky has told us many of times that she's done with boys or that she will spend time with us but always fails to live up to her statement. Yeah it's annoying and hell to the yes it pisses me off. I guess she likes the attention wait no she loves it. Also she can't help being appealing to look at from her gorgeous straight blonde hair which touches her butt, to her cute button nose - no wonder boys want to date her!

We eventually get all our suitcases out of the car. Mine was the lightest of course as I didn't feel the need to bring make up or straightening irons as there is no one I want to impress. Also I only brought a limited amount of clothes as I don't want my favourite tops ruined. I did however bring a few band tops and tops from nerd things like harry potter and sStarwars, just so it would be a good conversation starter.

As we climbed up the steps to an old wooden door there was a man around the age of 30 (I could feel Sky checking him out) waiting to greet us.

"Hey girls I'm John and I run this camp sadly."

I chuckled at his statement.

" If you go over to that wall there is a list of names and room allocations, please please please tick your names off as if you don't we have to contact your parents and inform them that you are dead as I have killed you. No but seriously it's important! " he had a gentle smile as he was telling this. He seemed like a pretty chill guy and I can tell we will get on. John is not at all what I imagined a leader to be like, I expected them to wear a fake smile and be over enthusiastic about everything.

Leah made her way over to the wall and ticked all our names off. "Looks like Sky hurried her little ass up here quick enough after all, we all got in the same room!"

Me and Maisey giggled.

"Hey well it's an incredible ass!" Sky said as she shook her butt.

We all burst out laughing until we were stopped by John speaking again,
