The Hood :Nichelle's Story

Chapter 1

Boom!
Its 3' o clock in the morning who could be up at this time ? I walk to the kitchen to see my cracked out mother and her new boy toy Jeffry. There's something I just didn't like about him at all but he has money and pays for our humble abode  in the hood . My names Nichelle. They call me Niché for short. I'm 17 ,mixed, born and raised in south side Chicago, a light skin -brown skin combination. I stand about 5"3 and have messy curly hair that reaches to the small of my back. Anyways back to the scenery.
"Mom! What the fuck are you doing ? It's 3 am , your gonna wake Devin."

Devin is my 5 year old brother. He is about the most precious thing ever. He looks just like me and could easily pass for my son .
    "Ain't nobody worried bout Devin's little ass he sleep right? Don't come in here trying to cuss at yo damn mama I'll knock all them teeth right out ya mouth now say sorry for cussing and apologize to Jeffry ! Or else I swear to god I'll make sure your ugly ass never get back in this house." Said my mom

My mom was very beautiful and a great mom when she's not high or looking to get high. But when she is , she turns into this complete monster. I've had to deal with this since I was born .17 years and I still don't know how to handle her at times I just know I don't want to make her mad.
     "I'm sorry momma I didn't mean to. Sorry Jeffry"
      "Hmm obedient ... Just how I like." Said Jeffry 
    "Jeffry shut the hell up ! And help me find this money we stashed before Karl gets mad ! " said my mom

Karl's this weak ass drug dealer that sells to my mom he's a little nigga compared to Sebastian. Sebastian is 18 and goes to school with me. Him and his Brother run this game, and they're both fine too. Sebastian is 6"7 smooth chocolate boy with pearly white teeth full lips and a nice fade. His brother Samuel is 20 , 6"5 caramel with dark curly hair and full pink lips.  They wouldn't even look at a girl like me ever in there life. I'm to thick I always see them talking to  extremely thin ones with little breasts and barely any ass. Smh I couldn't ever .
Knock on the door
"Come in"
  "Niché I think we need to talk .. " said Jeffry
"Okay ? About what ? "
"Us"

What the hell does he mean by us? There is no us .
  "What do you mean by us Jeffry there is no us your my mothers boyfriend!" I said loudly
  "Shh shh your mothers sleep and doesn't know I came in here. But do you want more money around here ? Be able to stop wearing those raggedy clothes and possibly get out this dirty ass projects? " said Jeffry

Now he was really catching my attention
"Go on continue " I said peaking my curiosity .
"Then you have to have sex with me ... You can't tell your mother . You want better for your family right ? You don't want Devin growing up seeing this you want your mom clean right ? Now you know I'm rich and you know your not getting no dick from them little boys . Your body is to grown for em they don't know how to control a real woman with curves like a man does. And I'm that man."

It took me a second to think about it .. This man was 50 years old way past me and my mothers age. But I did want better for my baby brother and my mom. This isn't something I want to do but I'll do anything to save my family
"Fine . How much more money will we be getting " I asked
"There no we . I'm giving money to you for you and your brother you handle things around here your mom just gonna get high on it anyways. Now take off your shirt .. SLOWLY " Jeffry said.

I started doing as I was told . I've never had sex before I was still a virgin . This isn't how I imagined it at all I thought it was gonna be magical with some boy my age . But instead I have a 50 year old man kissing up on me . I lay back and close my eyes everything goes black.
