DIANA'S POV:
What I least expected was happening.Alex had kissed me and I corresponded to his kiss.His lips were so soft and sweet I couldnt resist.But I had to back away he was my friend thats it I didnt see him as anything else.Or did I?no absolutely not,I know exactly how I feel towards him,he's like a brother to me and I dont want to hurt him.
Alex: "Why did you back away?" Diana: "Cus I dont see you like that,I cant kiss you when I dont love you im sorry"
Alex: "But I do,I always had since the day that you stepped into that classroom in 7th grade since the day you looked at me for the first time,I'ved loved you since then,But you never saw it,All you saw in me was a friend ,and it hurts knowing you dont feel the same way,You have no idea how it feels to have you so close and cant tell you I love you.You have no idea"
He said with a sad look in his sweet brown eyes,I could see the pain.All that he just said had shot me like a bullet,he loved me?but why?I never thought someone so close like him would fall in love for me.I had no words I didnt know what to tell him...
Diana: "I-I didnt know,you felt that way,why didnt you tell me anything?" I said with my voice a little shaky
Alex: "I didnt wanna lose our friendship,I thought if I told you,you would back away and I didnt want to loose you"
his voice was hurt and his eyes had crystallized he was holding in his tears I could tell
Diana: "You weren't gunna lose me,yes I would've been a little confused but I would never leave you,you have helped me so much,you know most of my story and I love you i might not love you the way you want but I have to be honest with you I only see you as a brother,I cant look at you with other eyes"
This time he couldnt hold his tears in and I saw how miserable he felt.His eyes had turned into a waterfall,I couldnt help seeing him like this I had no other choice but to hug him, I grabbed his face in my hands,forcing him to look at me in the eyes.
Diana: "Alex look at me,I know how you feel I can see it in your eyes your suffering but I cant correspond to you im sorry but I know you will find someone better...You have to promise me you will forget about me and will look for someone else who will love you the way you deserve.I have to leave,my plane is about to leave and I dont want to be late,Please stay strong I will never forget you I will call you when I arrive okay?"
He nodded,and I grabbed my stuff gave him one last hug and left to the airport
