~ Chapter 8 ~

By now, All the boys had fallen asleep. It was just the girls chatting.
"Cole snores like a kitten." Nya laughed, watching the sleeping ninja curled up on the floor.
"And Kai snores like a pig!" Skylor added. It was true, Kai literally snorted like a pig.
"So..." Hannah frowned. "I was wondering... How did you become friends with the Ninja?"
"Well, I'm Kai's brother, as you know, and I got kidnapped by the skeleton army." Nya explained.
"Backstory, much!" I gawped. "In guessing the Ninja came to the rescue.
"Yeah, Kai cut me down from some chains with the Sword of Fire, freeing my from Garmadon's clutches."
"Wow!" Pixal laughed. "That's some story!"
"Basically, I've been with Kai all through his journey of being a ninja."
"That's way better than my story." Skylor laughed. "I was the daughter of Chen, one of their biggest enemies yet. Yeah, they sent him to the cursed realm. Haven't seen him since, obviously. Met Kai in the Tournament of Elements."
"I guess I was built in Borg industries." Pixal sighed. "The first time I remember meeting the Ninja, I was tied up in a rope!"
"What about you, Hannah?" I asked.
"Oh, my story... Uh..." She stuttered. "I-I don't really like to talk about it."
"I guess we can save that story for another day." (#BOOK COMING OUT ABOUT IT) Skylor smiled. "Anyway, I think it's time we..."
"Go to bed?" I asked.
"Nope!" We all stared at Skylor in confusion. "We're girls, right?"
"Please don't tell me we're-" Hannah was interrupted.
"MAKEOVERS!" Nya squealed.
