Ch37 || Reconcile

NIKKI POV

Is this true? Or am I dreaming? Did just Seth ask me to marry him? I quickly opened my eyes soon as I heard that. I sat up the bed and face him.

Me: "What did you just say?"

He looked up at me.

Seth: "Did I say something?"

Me: "Not sure. Did you?"

He just stared at me blankly, for a few seconds it's silence. I looked at him raising my eyebrows.

Seth: "Nope.."

Well, I guess it's only in my imagination.

Me: "Oh..okay..."

Seth: "C'mon let's sleep.." as he wrapped his arms around me. I laid my head on his chest as we fall asleep.

BRIE POV

It's saturday morning, I got up from the bed and change to gym attire. I went to the hotel gym downstairs to get some workout. Tomorrow will be Nikki's big match. I'm thinking ways to help her win against AJ.

I'm doing squats as Dean and Roman walked up to me.

Dean: "Hey Brie."

Me: "Hey guys!" I smiled at them as I grab my water.

Roman: "Oh, hey there Nicole."

Nikki: "Hey Ro..Dean.." and I turned to look at her. "Brie..." she greeted.

Dean: "What's up!"

Nikki: "Just getting my sweat on.."

Dolph called Nikki and she went to him. After doing some exercises, I wipe my sweat as my eyes wandered to where Nikki is and she's working out with Dolph. Meanwhile, Seth came in the hotel gym and I went to Nikki.

Dolph: "Hi Brie!"

Me: "Hey Dolph..." I smiled. "Uhhm Nicole."

Nikki: "Yeah, Brie?"

It took a few seconds before I speak.

Me: "I just feel like I really need to have a conversation with you because..." as I looked towards Dolph.

Dolph: "Oh, I'll leave you guys to talk..see ya Nikk..bye Brie." as he walked away.

Me: "Okay so..I really just wanna say sorry for those things that hurt you. I'm sorry that I'm not the sister that I should be..for you..I understand that you're mad..and.."

Nikki: "Okay Brie.." she sighed. "I'm sorry too. I know I'm being too rude but you know, I just want to be known for who I am..and not just your sister. Ya know what I'm saying?" as I nodded.

Me: "Yeah, I know..I realized that.."

Nikki: "And now mom and JJ were mad that I'm bullying you now." she chuckled.

Me: "No they're not. I've talked to mom.."

Nikki: "I could really imagine how you sounded like, 'Mom! Nicole's rude to me!" she said mocking my voice as we both laughed.

Me: "So..I'm in my brie way apologizing.."

Nikki: "Well, in my nikki way...fine! I forgive you.." as we smiled at each other.

Me: "So in my brie way of apologizing, you're accepting my apology..in your nikki way?"

She smiled and nodded. She reached out her hand for me as I gonna slap it but..

Nikki: "I'm just kidding.." she laughed.

Me: "I was gonna say. You're sick!" she chuckled. "Give me one of those gross hugs." as we hugged each other slightly.

People around us were saying 'awe' as we let go.

Nikki: "Enough of the hug..so weird.."

Me: "Yeah it is.."

Why is it so weird when we hug? But I'm so happy me and Nicole made up. The Bella Twins were back again!

SETH POV

I woke up and saw the note from Nikki that she went to workout in the hotel gym downstairs. I got up and do morning hygiene as I changed into gym attire. I came in the gym and saw Dean and Roman. I looked around for Nicole and there she is, with Brie. Looks like they have a serious conversation so I'll just not interrupt them. I went towards Dean and Roman.

Me: "Hey bro!" as they looked up at me.

Dean: "Woah! It's been a while that you called us 'BRO'!" he chuckled as he emphasized the word bro.

Roman: "Sup Seth? Have you told Nicole yet?"

Me: "About what?"

Dean and Roman looked at each other then looked at me with confused looks. That was when I remembered Dean saw me with Leighla.

Me: "Oh Leighla? You know to tell you, I'm not really with her. She's just being around. Like she's stalking but I knew Summer got her to get back with me because she wants me and Nicole to break up. I didn't tell her because I don't want her to be upset."

Roman: "Is that really the truth?"

Me: "Yeah man..it is."

Roman: "So if that's the case, she won't be mad. If you didn't do anything wrong-"

Dean: "or evil.." he smirked.

Roman: "she'll understand.." he continued.

Me: "Okay.."

I looked down as few seconds of silence takes over.

Me: "Man, I- I apologize for what happened to us. And-"

Dean: "Yeah yeah, we knew it. Your mommy and daddy talked to us. I mean Stephanie and Hunter." Joe chuckled.

Roman: "It's fine Seth..we just have to continue the storyline." as Dean nodded.

I smiled widely as I gave them each a brotherly hug.

Me: "So guys, I need your help."

Roman: "Bout what?"

Me: "I wanted to propose to Nicole.."

Dean: "Wow..for real? Oh no, I object!" he said in sarcasm.

Roman and I laughed as we gave each other a high five.

Nikki: "What did we miss?" she said as she walked up to us with Brie.

Dean: "He said that he's gonna pr-" as I covered my hand in his mouth.

Me: "Uhh, nothing.."

The girls laughed as well as Joe.

Brie: "Wow..guess you guys were back as brothers again?"

Me: "Uh huh.."

Nikki: "I'm so happy! How about we go out tonight?"

Brie: "That's not possible Nicole. Pay-per-view's tomorrow." as they nodded.

Nikki: "Oh right. I forgot."

Roman: "You two have a big match tomorrow. Goodluck!"

Nikki: "Thanks Ro!"

Me: "We can hangout some other time.." I told her as she smiled.

We continued working out. Nikki said Brie and her also made up. I'm happy for them.

They have gone to do some yoga so I was left with Dean and Roman. We continued to talk about how am I gonna propose, and I would do it tomorrow night after the show.
