THIRD PERSON'S P.O.V.
(Minji as Miracle)
As soon as Ford turned around, he was immediately engulfed in a warm, tight hug. Miracle's arms wrapped around him like she never wanted to let go, a sweet and radiant smile painted across her face.
Ford's eyes widened for a moment, surprised by the sudden embrace. But the moment he realized who it was, his features softened, and he hugged her back just as tightly. His smile stretched from ear to ear,
They both pulled away after a few seconds, still smiling, still holding onto the joy of their sudden reunion.
But what they didn't know... was that someone had been watching them.
Just a few feet away stood Gadiel, still and silent—his arms now crossed, jaw clenching ever so tightly. His dark eyes narrowed into slits, casting an intense glare at the pair. There was no mistaking it, he was absolutely annoyed, if not outright furious.
"Since when did you arrive?" Ford asked, still catching his breath, his tone light and excited.
"A few hours ago," Miracle replied casually, brushing her hair back. But her eyes accidentally wandered toward the man standing in front of them—the one clearly giving off a deadly aura of irritation.
She paused, her brows furrowing slightly with curiosity. Then she turned her gaze to Ford with a questioning look, eyes silently asking for an introduction.
Ford immediately understood.
"Ah, Miracle, he's... Gadiel—"
"Gadiel!?" she interrupted, voice raised slightly in disbelief. Gadiel's left eyebrow arched in response, clearly reacting to her tone.
Miracle suddenly leaned closer to Ford, lowering her voice to a whisper but switching into Korean just to be sure Gadiel wouldn't understand.
"Omo! Gunamchin-iya!? (Your ex-boyfriend!?)" she said, her eyes wide with interest and mischief.
"Geuga nae jeonnampyeon-i anilago malhaessjanh-a! (I told you he's not my ex!)" Ford hissed back, clearly flustered and looking around in case Gadiel somehow could understand. But Miracle wasn't buying it. She tilted her head toward Gadiel ever so slightly, assessing him again with sharp, knowing eyes.
"Hajiman...geuneun naega malhaneun salam-ibnida... (But he's the same person I'm talking about...)" He added.
Ford could only sigh, shoulders sinking slightly as he glanced at Gadiel, who was still looking at them—expression unreadable, except for the tension in his jaw.
"Oh..." Miracle said softly, realization dawning on her face.
She looked back and forth between them.
Gadiel cleared his throat, a pointed and deliberate sound, snapping their attention back to him. It was a small gesture, but his presence suddenly felt overwhelming—like a cold gust of wind cutting through a warm room.
"Sorry about that," Ford said quickly, stepping slightly aside. "Gadiel, this is Miracle, my—"
Before he could finish, Miracle suddenly lit up with a mischievous grin.
"—His future," she finished boldly, and before Ford could react, she looped her arm around his like it belonged there.
Ford's eyes widened in surprise, staring down at her with confusion. His mouth opened slightly, as if to ask what the hell are you doing?—but no words came out.
Miracle, unfazed, extended her hand toward Gadiel. "Nice to meet you!" she said with a sparkle in her voice and a tilt of her head, oozing charm and playfulness.
