Third Person's P.O.V.

As Ford tossed and turned in bed, unable to shake the events of earlier from his mind, a whirlwind of confusion and frustration swirled within him. Gadiel's actions had left him bewildered, his mind struggling to make sense of the sudden shift in dynamics between them.

It wasn't like Gadiel to act so possessively, to stake a claim on Ford as if he were his property. After all, they were just friends, weren't they? The thought gnawed at Ford's insides, filling him with a sense of unease that he couldn't quite shake.

But what bothered Ford the most was the conflicting signals he had received from Gadiel. One moment, it seemed as though Gadiel harbored feelings for him, his actions speaking volumes in their silent language of longing and desire. And yet, in the next breath, Gadiel would retreat, leaving Ford feeling confused and uncertain about where they stood.

The notification on his phone broke through Ford's reverie, drawing his attention back to the present moment. With a trembling hand, he reached for his phone and unlocked it, his heart skipping a beat as he read the message from Gadiel.

From: Gadiel

Ford, can we talk.

Ford's breath caught in his throat, his pulse quickening as a surge of conflicting emotions washed over him. Part of him felt a surge of annoyance at the interruption, a reluctance to engage in yet another round of uncertainty and confusion with Gadiel. But beneath the surface, another part of him felt a flicker of hope, a desperate longing for clarity and closure.

For a moment, Ford hesitated, his mind racing with a thousand thoughts and fears. But in the end, curiosity got the better of him, and with a shaky hand, he typed out a response.

Gadiel

Can we talk?

No, I don't want to.

Please?
I need to tell you something.

What is it about?
Can't you just say it here?

No.
I want to say it face to face.
In person.

All right.
T

omorrow then.

No. Right now.

Huh?
Are you insane?
It's already midnight!

I don't care.
I'm here outside of your house.

WHAT!?
ARE YOU CRAZY!?

Maybe.

With a rush of adrenaline coursing through his veins, Ford sprang out of bed and hurried to the window. As he yanked back the curtain, his eyes widened in surprise at the sight before hin—it was indeed Gadiel, standing just outside, his figure illuminated by the soft glow of the moon.

Without a moment's hesitation, he dashed out of his room, my heart pounding in my chest as he made my way outside to confront him. Whatever Gadiel had to say, he knew that he couldn't ignore it any longer. It was time to face the truth, whatever it may be.

"What do you want?" Ford demanded as he stepped out of the house, his frustration evident in his tone. Gadiel stood leaning against his car, his expression weary and strained in the dim light of midnight.

The sight of Gadiel's exhausted state caused a pang of worry to flutter in Ford's chest. It was late, far too late for a confrontation like this, and yet here they were, standing on the brink of something neither of them seemed prepared for.
