Actual Info: He's somewhat powerful as Unstable from DD. Not powerful than Unstable, just powerful as Unstable. He can also transform into any Eeveelution into whatever he pleases. But he mostly is in his Sylveon form (aka the one that we see most often.) He also sometimes copy Pokemon moves, and maybe even voices. If you look at his tail, he can learn moves for every type and it's more than 18! He has the spines of a Vaporeon, the spikes of a Jolteon, the body color of a Flareon, the Pearl of an Espeon, the rings of an Umbreon, the leafs of a Leafeon, the pigtails of a Glaceon and the body of a Sylveon.
