☆Chapter fourteen : Slump⤵️☆☆

A few days later....

Yunix's world had come crashing down. Bao's words still lingered in her mind,
"You weren't anything important to me" those words kept echoing

The pain was suffocating, and she couldn't shake off the feeling of rejection. and along with that Cici betraying Yunix was even more worse . She went through the motions, her spark was gone. Her family and Nabi noticed the change in her, but Yunix couldn't muster the energy to care.

Days turned into weeks, and Yunix's depression deepened. She stopped attending dance classes , looking forward to them and her usual enthusiasm was replaced with apathy. Nabi, and the others tried to reach out, but Yunix pushed them away. She felt like she was drowning in her sorrow, and no one could save her. Nabi looked over at her best friend completely gutted by how the sweet yet bubbly girl was so quiet and lifeless ,

After school , Yunix took a stroll by the beach
, quietly glancing at the serene calming waves of the oceans, the cool breeze blowing through her hair , she went away from everyone thinking she would always be the problem now and didn't want to cause more hurt and pain to others around her and her family , she tried drawing a heart in the sand except a broken heart. Yunix was always lonely , but she never felt more lonely than now

"I hate seeing her like this" Olivia said

"There must be something we could do but what?" Rachael looked at Olivia, Nabi and her mother , Just then Nabi gasped sparking an idea , quickly running to get the star's phone which was on silent laying on her dressing table untouched for days , and bolted back to them

"Kb dear what are you up to?" Helini's voice filled with concern , looking at her niece

Rachael's eyes widen upon hearing the phone ringing "Wait don't tell me you're-" Nabi nodded in response

"Yup I'm phoning lix , it's the only way we have at this moment Rach"

Nabi called Felix's phone but instead of the sunshine boy answering , Someone else did.

"Hello?" A cheerful thick austrailian voice was heard on the other side , Nabi's eyes widened slightly upon hearing chan on the call , clearing her throat she began to spoke while Rachael and Olivia were gesturing to put it on speaker
"Hi Channie , it's Nabi "

"Oh Heyy Kb , what's up is everything okay?" The leader asked with concern , Nabi sighed in return "I wish it was , you see Yunix is going through a rough time , Nabi's voice was laced with concern as she explained the situation to the Stray Kids' leader "she must be so heart broken" Bangchan said with worry in his voice , "She is that's why ...We think she needs a change of scenery, and something to take her mind off things" Nabi added which had him thinking until he remembered something , Bang Chan's response was immediate. "Bring her to Seoul. We'll take care of the rest." Nabi along with Helini ,Olivia and Rachael was just as shocked by the response , Olivia blurted out "Wait is she going to become the new stylist for stray kids?!" , Hearing the other voice on the call, Bang chan chuckled "Hi Olivia and yes she is" after a few minutes Bang chan began to strategize with Nabi and Yunix's mom and sisters on how they would convince Yunix to go to Seoul.

After the call Nabi ran up to yunix's bedroom bursting through the doors "JAGIYAA GUESS WHAT" Nabi said being extra excited as she turned to Yunix , who was sitting against the window , staring blankly outside

"What...?" Yunix slurred, her tone flat and lifeless.

Nabi's expression turned serious, her bright eyes narrowing as she approached Yunix. "Okay, that's enough. Come here!." She grabbed Yunix's arm gently, pulling her toward the dressing mirror. "Look at you! This isn't the Yunix we know , infact this isn't the Yunashka we know and truly love". The star sighed in return, "Jagi not my government name"

"I'm sorry Jagiya , but this time I have to use it , I mean have you really seriously seen yourself, you look even worse than a zombie!"

"Hey hey hey"

"It's the truthh" Nabi exclaimed "see for yourself" Nabi said , her hands placed on both of the star's shoulders.

Dazed, Yunix glanced at her reflection. The girl staring back at her was a ghost, devoid of the sparkle and life she used to radiate.

"C'mon, you really want to be depressed over some boy who... who didn't even care about you?" these words of Nabi's echoed in yunix's head , being a visual learner ,
All those memories of Bao rewinding in her mind back to when they just met as if they were all erased , Yunix opened her eyes once again

Just then something inside Yunix snapped. Maybe it was the intensity in Nabi's voice or the refusal to let her stay stuck in the dark and in a slump. She focused on her reflection, her post inflammatory acne scars and the sight of her lifeless hair , her usually bright eyes which had no sparkle in them and the dull expression ignited a fire within her. "Yeah, you're right, Jagi," she admitted in her low deep voice, the resolve slowly pushing its way back into her voice. "I'm wasting my tears on nothing."

Nabi could hardly contain her excitement, pulling Yunix into the tightest hug ever. "Finally! My Jagiya is coming back!"

"No , not coming back ..Yunix paused. "She is back" she said with a confident soft smile appearing once again, As they pulled apart, Yunix raised an eyebrow, still watching as bags and clothes were carelessly thrown about the room. "Okay, so tell me now why are we packing our bags?"

"Because, wait for it..."Her energy beeming as if she was Zoey from Kpop demon hunters not to mention both Yunix and her gave off major Rumi and Zoey vibes, Nabi spun around dramatically like she was revealing the world's greatest act. "WE'RE GOING TO SEOUL!"

Yunix's mouth dropped open,"WAIT WHA, SEOUL US??!"

her heart racing as disbelief washed over her, "Are you serious?!"

"Yes! We're going!" Nabi exclaimed, lunging for Yunix's suitcase and flinging it open, tossing clothes in without a second thought. "Even Aunt Helini agrees!"

"Say what now?!", Yunix was utterly flabbergasted, her mind racing. "Mom?? But what about Rach and Liv?"

"They also agreed!" Helini chimed in from the hallway, her voice warm yet reassuring.

Yunix shook her head in disbelief. "But what about you guys? Dad's busy with work, and Lix is busy with his idol life—who's going to take care of you all?"

"Besides," Olivia piped up, stepping into the room with a soft smile, "our little sis is going to be with Lixie! Isn't that cute?" She beamed like the sun, brightening the dimness that had surrounded Yunix for far too long.

Tears of disbelief filled Yunix's eyes, but they were mixed with something more potent—hope. "But... Seoul? I can't just leave you all..." she whispered, feeling a sudden rush of affection for her family.

"Sweetheart, this is for you," Helini said softly, placing a comforting hand on Yunix's shoulder. "We all believe a change of scenery will help you heal. You need something to pull you out of this darkness."

"Exactly, this is your new beginning nixie" Rachael added afterwards , "away from all those who betrayed you"

Listening to their words , Yunix's eyes tear up slightly and nodded in response, "Aw I love you guys" the star smiles brightly and added while hugging all four of them sharing an emotional moment.

"Okayyy  I know this is cute and emotional but..I think we really need to hurry , since Channie hyung booked our tickets for tomorrow" Nabi exclaims dropping such a big bomb on them

"TOMORROW?!" Their jaws dropping all at the same time looking at Nabi who nods with a smile.

"Then that means we only have now and tonight to pack" Olivia said panicking , the rest scattering everywhere to get done...
