Ember was taken into the WindClan camp and was quickly accepted as a member and became known as Emberkit. There was another kit his age at the same time and her name was Ravenkit. Emberkit started to have feelings for her even though he was still a kit. Maybe it was because he needed the support of someone else because of his mother and the lack of a father figure, but he still liked Ravenkit. He even thought Ravenkit liked him back but that ended up not to be the case. And just like his mother Ravenkit deserted him. Emberkit thought it was his fault and that maybe something was wrong with him since he drove everyone away, but these two things permanently affected his life
