Chapter 3

Niall’s POV

*The next day*

Do the usual things wake up, take a bath, wear uniform, done my hair and eat breakfast and go to Kyla’s house. Before I got to their doorway I saw her went out already so I jog towards her and greet “Good Morning!” then I put my arms around her shoulder but she removed it and I’m shocked “Why?” I asked “Not now” she said I can see in her face that she’s not in the mood so we continue to walk going school. After five minutes we reach the campus grounds she stopped “Niall see you in the classroom I’ll just go to the library bye” she said and walk then I saw Liam “Hey! Good Morning!” I greeted him with a smile “Good Morning too Niall! So how’s your princess? I mean Kyla?” he asked.

 “Ahm, I don’t know she’s not in the mood I guess?”

“I see, wait did you tell her already?”

“Tell her what?”

“C’mon Niall! Did you forget what you told me? That you love her?”

“No, I didn’t tell her I’m still waiting for a good timing”

“Nah, Niall tell her or else someone’s gonna steal her from you” he said teasingly “No, no one can steal Kyla from me” I said confidently. Did I say I’m in love with my bestfriend? Yeah, I can’t deny it I guess I’m falling for her and whenever I’m with Kyla I feel very happy, my feelings are weird I can’t understand I feel that whenever she’s around. I want her safe always sometimes I want to hug and kiss her, and tell her I love you but I can’t just do it I can’t even tell her my feelings cause I’m scared If I’ll tell her what I feel maybe she’ll turn me down or laugh at me I know she only treats me as a bestfriend/brother and it hurts and I have one more reason I can’t tell her cause I’m still hoping to see that girl in the park twelve years ago and I can’t forget her just like that and I don’t know why. But if she’s not going to show up this year I’ll give up and focus my love to Kyla I’ll forget that stupid promise back then. I and Liam got to our classroom I pulled the chair on my desk and sit then Liam ask “Hey! Niall are you done with all your requirements?” “Yup” I said grinning. “Whoa! Are you sure you’re Niall?”

“Yes I am Niall”

“Hey! Dude Congratulations! So where’s the celebration?” Then we both laugh in unison. “You really change” he said smiling at me. I can’t blame he’s surprised before I usually submit late, cramming home works and don’t study that much. “That’s the effect of being in love right Niall?” he said smilingly I just frown and “Why don’t you just finish what you’re doing okay?” I said

“Niall is in love, Niall is in love!”

“Ssshhh! Shut up” I said in a whisper way “Then who’s in love? A female voice said that it made me nervous I hope it’s not her when we turn our back it is Jane. “Like you care Jane! Mind your own business” Liam said angrily I can see in his facial expression it’s all hatred he feels for Jane. Then she just rolled her eyes and walked out. “Why did you do that? I asked. “She deserves it right!” he said. I know Liam is still mad at Jane after what Jane did to Liam, He likes Jane before but she just played his heart and feelings and the worst is she use him to get close to me cause she has a crush on me but I don’t like her even though she’s pretty and popular. I don’t like her attitude she’s a spoiled brat. Well don’t wanna talk it anymore past is past.

*Lunch Time*

“Liam let’s go to the canteen I’m starving!” I said begging “No, I don’t want to eat I need to finish this first”

“Are you sure?”

“Yeah, hmmm why don’t you ask Kyla to eat with you?”

“Look, she’s not here. Okay then I’ll go bye!” I said and walked out the room. I can’t eat with her I guess she’s eating with her friends, no choice I’ll go to the canteen and eat. When I got there I order my food, pay and sit on a vacant table. Then suddenly someone put a tray on the table when I looked up its Kyla then she sit beside me “Sorry” she said “Sorry for what? I asked. “Sorry for what happened this morning”

“It’s okay”

“I’m not in the mood”

“I know you didn’t eat your breakfast” I said and she giggled. “So where’s Liam? She asked. “He’s in the classroom he’s trying to finish all requirements needed tomorrow’s the deadline then the following day closing ceremony”

“So are you done?”

“Yeah I’m done”

“Good boy!” she said smiling at me then pinched my cheek. “Ouch!” I said and she laugh “Niall are you in love with someone?” she asked I got choked when she asked that I shooked my head and look down “No, I’m not” I deny “Really? Liam’s teasing you a while ago”

“You heard him?”

“No, Jane told us”

”Oh, that girl. Don’t believe in her. I don’t like her attitude” I said and she’s looking ate with her puppy eyes. “What?” I asked. “You’re so mean!” she said and pout. “I’m sorry I don’t know that Jane is your friend”

“It’s okay. Niall no secrets okay? Tell me who’s that special girl okay?” she said smiling at me I just nod and we continue eating.

After we eat we go back to our classroom, I go to my chair and sit. “I thought you can’t eat with her? Liam asked teasingly “That’s what I thought”

“So did you tell her?”

“We just eat okay? I’ll tell her soon” I said grinning he sighed and nod.

Miss. Cole our homeroom teacher is here so everyone go to their seats and all of us are quite. “Hello class, I have an announcement to make. I guess all of you are done with the requirements so tomorrow you we don’t require you to come to school provide you’re done and see you on the closing ceremony day that’s all thank you, you may go now” Miss Cole said. I stand on my seat and go to Kyla’s desk. “Let’s go” I said “Yeah, let’s go.” She stands up and grabbed her backpack and we stepped out of the classroom and walk together to the corridor.

Jane’s POV

(AN: I decided ti give her a POV)

I saw Kyla and Niall walking together on the corridor; I guess they’re going home together as usual they’re always together. I really envy Kyla she’s so lucky to have a besfriend like Niall oh, how I wish I’m her. Hmmm, I wonder if they have feelings for each other you know a special feeling I mean love. Now I’m getting jealous! I’m trying to be simple, trying to be his girl but he can’t even try to look at me, maybe after what I did to his friend Liam now I’m guilty about it. If only I could turn back time. Well good luck to the two of you ^_^

Kyla’s POV

“Bye! Irish boy! See you on the closing ceremony day”

“Are you kidding me? I can see you anytime I want” he said then we laugh in unison.
