My Life With The Emo Boy

Chapter one

I started my day eating a bowl of cereal little did I know my life was going to turn upside down in about two minutes . But anyway I am crystal palter . I am 15. I have long brown hair and crystal blue eye. my eyelashes are super long so I don't wear makeup.i like in a orphanage in la. my parents dropped me off here when I was 5. they told me I cost to much to take of and they could barely take care of themselves . when I was younger I didn't understand why they left me. now that I am older I fully understand why they dropped me off here it was to give me a better life. a life they knew they wouldn't be able to give me. As I was sitting there I hear a lot of noise coming from the living room . I get up to investigate I find a boy about my age and a older woman that looked I in her late 30s. I guess they are looking for a girl to take home. well I guess I will try my chances and sit and see if they are interested in me. as I sit I take in what they look like as they go down the line of girls. the boy has black straight hair with a fringe . he is wearing a panic ! At the disco shirt and black skinny jeans with all black vans. the older women who I assume is his mother has long burgundy hair styled into I neat bun on the top of her head.she is wearing a floral jumper/suit type thing (I don't know what it is called) with black high heels that seem to be about 2-3 inches tall. as I'm sitting there I see the boy look over at me tap his what I assume to be his mothers shoulder and points towards me. she smiles at him and starts to walk over towards me. "what's your name" she asked in a very cheery voice ." Carsie " I say with hope that she will like me . "well Carsie my name is Melody" she says and walks back over to the boy says something to him because he starts to make his way towards me."hi I'm Miguel you already know my mom so I was wondering if you would like to come home with us" he says in a hope full voice. I sat there for a minute shocked they were actually going to adopt me. as I sat there I could see his face drain of all hope. I burst into a full smile beaming as I say "yes". "go get your stuff will my mom fills out the papers" he says happily . I get up and run up the stairs and to my room open the door and look around the room I have lived in for 10 years " may not have be the best place but at least it was something " I whisper to my self as pack up and walk out the door and down the stairs . I walk into the waiting room and sit down waiting for my new family to be ready to leave.
